It was not how we agreed on the carport to drain. Unhappy. They changed it. It was suppose to drain toward the street not in the side yard. Very unhappy but work was good.

The initial sales offering demonstrated product options with details including manufacturing information that were fully explained in addition to State Contractors License with current insurance documents and competive proposal price.

We had multiple projects done by Southern Home Improvement, roof, siding, gutters, concrete slab and an insulated screen room. Each and every crew was very professional, polite and hard working. Each crew cleaned up behind themselves so the only thing you noticed was the improvement when the jobs were finished. The communication between us, the salesman, the technicians, and the office was exceptional. We will defiantly use Southern Improvement again if we need any other work done. I'd give them 5+ stars.

They worked with me on every detail and answered all of my questions without hesitation. They even provided me brochures and hand drawn representations of the product. I received several quotes from other companies; however, this is the only one I felt I could fully trust and it paid off I have a beautiful constructed roof. They were timely and cleaned the area to perfection.

They completed the job but refused to replace one of the vent pipes that was missing when they completed the job (all of the vent pipes were there before they started). I repeatedly asked them to please finish the job but they were adamant that it wasn't their problem.

The installers showed up on time, performed their jobs in a professional manner and cleaned up after they were done. I am very satisfied with the windows and would highly recommend Southern Home Improvement Center.

We felt we got a good price on our nine vinyl, double hung windows, which once ordered were installed in just one day. We had an issue with one of the baffles, but someone came out within a few days and fixed it, also on that visit they tightened the insect screens which were a little loose, we were very pleased with the service this company has provided and would use them again.

I have to say that everyone I worked with was so professional, and courteous. The finished project was amazing; just so beautiful. I had all of the windows in the house replaced. Everything turned out better than I had hoped for. I would absolutely recommend Southern Home Improvement.

Simply put - very happy!

As of today, only a concrete slab has been poured. The metal patio will be installed soon. I would like to commend Mr. Drew, concrete contractor, on his excellent and professional service. I recommend Home Advisor and Mr. Drew highly.
