I can't say enough good things about Crescent City Roofing. We needed a new roof and had siding damage that needed to be repaired. Clayton and Dalton (father & son) came out and gave us a no-pressure quote that was very fair. Out of all the quotes we got, they were the only ones that actually got up on our roof and inspected it! They did an amazing job and completely cleaned up our yard afterwards. They go the extra mile and won't nickel and dime you to death. For instance, we had a small tree growing up against the side of our roof that was causing damage. They cut it down and hauled it off no charge! For our siding repair, there ended up being more damage that any of us had anticipated. Instead of putting up good siding over it to stay on budget, they texted me photos of the damage to make sure I was informed and cut out the rotten wood and fixed it like it should be done. That says a lot about their character. The trim around one of our windows was leaking and causing some of the rot. They fixed this for me no charge! The work was excellent and we couldn't be happier. If you decide to use them, you won't be disappointed!

I called crescent City roofers because of repairs to soffit and facial boards due to termite damage. Mr. Clay came out and inspected and I signed with him right away. His crew did a beautiful job in the repairs, removed front gutter fixed termite damage and painted. I was very pleased with the work and I thank Mr. Clay for an awesome job. I will highly recommend.

From the moment I spoke with Dalton, I knew I was going to choose to work with Crescent City based on customer service. It was great verbally and through text. The crew was also respectful, worked very well together and even sealed a small hole they noticed on another part of the roof. I'm thankful they were attentive to this potential problem. They completed everything in an hour tops. My attic is noticeably cooler after having (2) whirlybirds installed. If I have any other roofing needs, I'll be sure to call Crescent City 1st!

Following hurricane Ida, I had roofing materials all over my backyard and front yard. I noticed that the shingles only had 4 or 5 nails each, and it looked like every ridge vent on my workshop were also laying in the yard. With the ridge vents missing, each rain soaked my workshop. Dalton Adams from Crescent City Roofing & Construction provided only one of several quotes I received. Most others were vague and left a lot of things off the quote that could bite me during install. Dalton guaranteed his pricing, even if extra plywood was needed. He even agreed to a little discount to help me decide. Once I signed off, we scheduled the work which was only a few days away. Everybody else was booked and would make me wait a few weeks. I have a fairly large roof, 46 squares, so was expecting the job to take a couple days. The roofing crews were all Hispanic and showed up on time and worked nonstop all day. They were really hard workers. They even did a couple extra tasks for me like add screen strips between the roof and ridge vents to keep out the swarms of termites every May. I also asked them if they would use screws to hold down the ridge vents to avoid loosing them like during hurricane Ida. (I provided the strip of screen and the rust-proof screws). The foremen spoke some English but I could always call or text Dalton my questions and requests. He always quickly responded. The job started early morning and they worked until it began to get dark. They sent a small team to wrap up early the next morning to finish up my workshop and pump house and were done by 10am. Crews ran magnets around each building to collect any remaining nails and cleaned up and removed all debris before leaving. Then the foreman came to me and asked if everything was ok. I gave him a thumbs up an he left. Dalton got with me later that day to settle up. The job was started on time, finished on time, even a little early and did everything as I requested. Everything and more that Dalton agreed to on the contract. After the job, Dalton and the office staff emailed documents stating what exactly was done and restated the warranty of their work as well as showed paid in full and completed. In summary: Great job, well done, on time and fair priced.

The team led by Todd and Marvin were very responsive, gave a fair price and did a beautiful job of re-roofing using our terra cotta tile. The workers showed up early, worked hard and left late. They also cleaned up during and once the job was done. I highly recommend this company.

I can't recommend these guys enough. Hurricane Ida passed 5 weeks ago and I already have a brand new roof thanks to Dalton and is team. They were super responsive and quick. The crew that did my roof was awesome. They worked hard and left my property in mint condition. They cleaned and took all nails that they could find. Put all my outdoor furniture back in place and generally were very respectful. Great company to work with!

The men showed up on time and prepared. In 2 days repaired the roof of our shed and installed gutters. They were efficient and cleaned up after their work each day they were here, would recommend and rehire if necessary.
