Crescent City Roofing responded to my request for bid almost immediately. The other two companies did not. Clay was most courteous and his guys did a fantastic jod fixing everything. He even provided gutter repair, or should I say, replacement with leaf guards (and not the flimsy kind one buys at the local hardware stores (both the small ones and the large ones). The gutter folks were out here a day after the bid from Clay, there was only 2 of them, and in less than 3 hours the entire back was replaced with new gutters (over a 100’), downspouts, and leaf gurds. I can’t recommend Crescent City Roofing high enough to adequately describe their efforts. They were superb in every way! I would highly recommend them as I know they will do a superb job on any project!

They were great, I love my new roof and he worked with my insurance to got a whole roof covered under my insurance, rather just repairs, more than I ever could have! I am currently handicapped, and they even moved my car for me because it's so hard for me to get down the driveway!

Prompt, courteous and honest. Shingles from my neighbour's roof and not mine, so Clay did not charge me at all! Please ignore rating for quality of work as I should have left it blank, no work done. I would definitely hire Clay again.

Crescent city roofing was very fast and professor with my roof repair. They explained why I had the problem due to the original roofer using the wrong length of nail for the roof cap. The 3 workmen came and did the repair on a Sunday morning due to rain predictions for monday. It took them about an hour. I was shown a picture of the finished work so I'd know if was completed as needed. This so-called me as soon as I registered with Home advisor so I hired them. I did not get any other bids since I was just so happy to get the repair finally finished. I'm happy to say the company has journeyman carpenters and they could be hired to do other Home improvemens. I'm very pleased to discover a company with integrity. I have tried to hired several companies and they never return to do the bid or the work. This company is will use again.

We had a couple of issues with his workers, but Clay was very professional and made it right. We will definitely do business with this company again and highly recommend.

Clay was friendly and easy to work with. His quote was FAR below the three other roofers I called. With being an overwhelmed new homeowner with little time to prep for the roof repair, clay replaced our broken roof post at cost with little install fee which saved us time and money. I hired this company off of the recommendation from Angie's list. They addressed my issues immediately and were very polite and professional. I needed my roof vent repaired (as the last time I replaced my roof over 13 years ago by another company) they failed to leave any opening in my roof vent. I had no ventilation at all in my attic. Clay with Crescent City identified my problem immediately and fixed it 2 days later. He also installed turbine vents at the same time. Was very pleased with the service and the price. Highly recommend this company.
