Clay Adams is a very professional, thorough, knowledgeable roofing and renovation expert. He spent 2 hours inspecting the exterior, interior and attic of my home. He wrote a very detailed, concise estimate of necessary repairs, materials, etc. and his proposal was so impressive, that I hired him right on the spot, without getting any other estimates. We knew his references were solid. In THREE DAYS, I had a new roof, new gutters/downspouts, all damaged wood decking, soffit, fascia replaced and house completely, impeccably painted. Pristine workmanship and my property was respectfully cleaned daily. He delivered more than expected, doing extra work to make the job look complete, like spray painting the rusted chimney and other pipes, etc. so the job looked complete, fresh and new. My mom and I were so impressed with how professional Dani was to us, the beautiful job that she and her workers did, and the amount of time that it took!! We can tell from talking to Dani on the phone that she knew what she was doing. She did a wonderful job in breaking down what everything costs. She found additional problems as her and her team were working, and she let us know ASAP! The roof was in horrible shape and after it was repaired, it looked like a whole new roof! They did a wonderful job cleaning up behind themselves. They did not leave any nails or any debris behind. They were very punctual and very easy to work with! We highly recommend this company to anyone. And we will be calling them in the future for other work that needs to be done ?

Clay did a great job of assessing our roofing need and quickly scheduling the job. Examples of their previous work to determine the roof color were given by Crescent at our request. The crew was very efficient and neat. They job was easily completed by 5:00 pm. We had a good customer experience with a quality company.

Dany is very professional and they were able to come out within 2 days to complete our roof repair for a leak after our estimate. We will be doing more business with them in the near future to finally do the full roof replacement. They'll be able to tie into the work they completed for us today. They are insured, bonded, cleaned up after themselves and we can't wait to complete our future project with them.

Husband left for a while. Came back to find the crew installing the tar strips that weren't peeling apart which is incorrect. Husband then called the man who came to bid the job and he made it right by making the crew rip off the areas that were incorrectly installed and reapplying everything properly.

Dany contacted me within 5 minutes of my submitting request for roofing companies. She came out the next morning she was very professional and thorough. She inspected my entire attic and roof took pictures to show me areas in need of repair. Our work was completed in less than a week after our inspection. Crescent City Roofing responded to my Home Advisor request for a roof inspection/repair/replacement within hours of posting and we booked a time for an evaluation and estimate the next day. The account supervisor was very prompt, professional and thorough. We were given several options and provided with a written estimate right away. We scheduled the work based on weather forecasts and we were told the job would be completed in one day. Their crew showed up on time and completed the job as promised. They were very organized and efficient and went above and beyond what was expected. A drip edge was added that the old roof didn't have and there were a couple of damaged boards that were replaced. The account supervisor came back when the crew was finishing up to do a quick assessment of the project making sure the crew had cleaned up then she insisted on coming back the next morning to do a final inspection. We were extremely satisfied with how the entire project was handled from start to finish. Our house has a new roof and it looks great! C.C.R. did an excellent job and we highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof.
