I found Mr. Brasfield to be thorough and personable to deal with. He did what he said he would do , cleaned up when he was finished and protected sensitive plants and yard decour while triming the trees.

The project came out amazing and it was affordable. They trimmed some shrubs and removed a couple of stumps. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. I would recommend them to my friends and family and for future projects.

Arrived to determine an estimate for the requested work in a timely manner. Honest opinion on undertaking the job at hand, needed a second company to sub contract out part of the work due to requiring heavy machinery. Attempted to remove a dangerous broken off limb but made sure it was safe before he left. He will return to remove it when determining the final estimate on removing a 125' oak tree. Definitely will be the first to be considered to undertake the work even before the estimate.

I highly recommend JB and his team. I had a tricky problem of a tree grown into a neighborâ s fence. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He provided a quote & explained the best options available. The work was fast & precise. They took great care to ensure that my property was kept clean and tidy, leaving no debris or mess behind. I had a 3000lb tree trunk and a stump left to be removed by a company pretending to cut trees. I termed the tree company and sought a professional and found Tree Exops and called JB. Explained my issue, and he came out that night to evaluate my situation. JB was professional, demonstrated his expertise evaluating the health of my trees, and priced my tree removal better than any other company. You did a suburb job in removing not only the gigantic pecan tree stump but even took and hailed away existing limbs that were piled up at the curb! Your team went beyond the tree removal and took the time to remove some "widow" branches from our tree in the backyard, at no charge! Cleanup was exceptional to say the least. If there was a 10 star rating you would get that. With this being said, 5 star rating for this company! Thanks JB & Crew!

My trees look better than ever due to JB'S expert ice and crew. Job was completed in a timely manner. JB explained reasons for cutting certain limbs for the health of the trees. He was very professional, curteous and retired military! Clean up/haul away was included and cost of entire service was very resonable.

This is the third removal company that we have used, the first one was okay, the second one was better, and this company, clean up very well, I was very pleased with what he did, I give them my highest rating, he is by far the best of all. After calling several business for firewood. I decided to go with Mr. Jonathanâ s Company because he was polite and gave me the best quote. He even agreed to deliver the firewood on Christmas Eve. When Mr. Jonathan and his son came to deliver the firewood. They were on time with a nice greeting which included a smile on their face. I was very surprised about the amount of firewood I received.
