Description of Work: I used Window World. They took care of 12 windows.

Description of Work: I sent an email asking for an appointment last night. This morning the rep called me and started to ask basic questions (name, address etc). When I mentioned that we were in the process of buying the house and would also appreciate a quote on siding the rep said she couldn't help me and to call back when we owned the house. I told her we couldn't buy the house until we knew how much the repairs would be but she said they couldn't help us. I am going to call LAS and will not give Window World another chance.

Description of Work: Could tell salesman was uninterested in our appt. I was still at work and he talked down to my wife stating if your husband has any questions tell him to call me.

Description of Work: I just replaced 15 windows, all double hung all with the energy saver package so approx $475/ window installed. First off their quote was much lower than LAS and the window was comparable 135mph rated tinted glass etc.. All the bells and whistles. However, once the windows came in to be installed that's when the fun started. None of the installers spoke any English so needless to say we had a little bit of a language barrier. Right off they incorrectly installed five of the windows so that anytime you opened them it was impossible to close them. Also, all of my window sashes were completely destroyed between the broken glass falling on then and the workers stepping all over them, they all have to be reprinted and wood puttied up. All of the window repairs took two weeks for them to come out attempt to fix, but which they only made worse, and again with the language barrier thing. This went on for about three months back and forth with miscommunications and installers with incorrect work orders. But finally all windows were installed and now all are working properly. For your reference though I put the deposit on the windows mid December and between bad installers and misunderstandings my windows were just finished at the beginning of May. If you have the time an you are patient enough they offer a better deal that LAS but that is about it, good luck.

Description of Work: The work was done by a group of installers in an efficient manner. Had a total of 11 windows replaced on my house. Removal, re-installation and caulking was completed in under 2 hours. They cleaned up and spend the necessary time showing me the product. I would definitely use them again.
