Awful! First, I had to chase the contractor's rep down to know when the repairs were to be done. I was told it would be done on the following Friday depending on weather. If it was not able to be completed on Friday, it would be done on Monday. The rep was currently out of town and unable to be reached. The following Thursday materials were dumped in my driveway and that Saturday a crew that supposively spoke no English showed up, made a horrible mess, were extremely rude, and very unaccommodating when it came to needing to get my vehicle out of my garage and trying to let my dogs into my yard. There is a dip in the roof in the back which the rep argued with me about and said it is the wood sagging underneath... The rep nor the company owner, whom supposively lives several streets over from me, never contacted me, attempt to explain how and why several things were done the way they were, or to check that the work was done to my satisfaction. The rep had convinced me to commit insurance fraud by not replacing the gutters that had been included in the insurance payment so that I would receive money back. I did not go thru with this as the insurance company began contacting me as to whether or not the work had been completed and I was honest. I have not been able to come to any sort of resolution with the rep as the company is still waiting on the final payment. Since my mortgage company has become involved saying this has to be a monitored repair and inspected to be completed to their satisfaction. I was so extremely disappointed not only in the contractor, but in not following my gut. A family member had used the same company and received a totally different experience than what I did. The company has only been established 2-3 yrs. and were knocking on doors when they were discovered. Never again.
