Technician responded to my initial phone call. An appointment was set, and he arrived on schedule. Several issues with the refrigerator were resolved, and he did not try to sell more services or parts that may not have been needed. He said to wait and see if the changes made fixed the ice maker, and to call if not. He could have pushed for more part, return visit, more cost, etc. He was very thourough and professional. Area was left as clean as when he arrived. Very satisfied.

My dryer was not drying properly and Walter performed a very thorough investigation to determine the problem. He detected and replaced the part and also inspected and cleaned the dryer and dryer vents. I called him on Monday and had an appointment on Tuesday. He was polite, knowledgeable, and a neat worker. He even gave me some advice on caring for my washer. It's an HE and he told me he sees problems with some detergent makers marketing their products as "HE compatible" when they really are not and this causes washer problems. He advised that I read detergent labeling very carefully (read the small print regarding HE products.) I recommend this company without reservation. He is local and does good work.
