We keep up with the times and diagnose problems, not guess at them. We will give you an honest opinion about what to do with your appliance when it comes to repairing or replacing it. An appointment was set, and he arrived on schedule.
Several issues with the refrigerator were resolved, and he did not try to sell more services or parts that may not have been needed. He said to wait and see if the changes made fixed the ice maker, and to call if not. He could have pushed for more part, return visit, more cost, etc.
He was very thourough and professional. Area was left as clean as when he arrived.
