Aaron's HTG & AC

Description of Work: The AC units were installed three years ago when the house was built. Though both new units, both have had there fair share of issues (both units are under warranty). Our regular AC guy who installed the units was unavailable for this umpteenth issue so he sent over Aaron. The way Aaron operates his business is beyond unprofessional. He made arrangements with us to come fix the unit (that was leaking freon, not cooling below 80 degrees due to damaged coil) on Wednesday. He called to say he could not come until Thursday at 7 pm. He showed at 7:30 and worked on the until almost 11 claiming the unit was cooling and left with a check for $400 for services rendered. However, in the morning (6 am) we found the temp had not gone below 80 degrees and the unit had been running all night. He was called immediately thereafter and then again midday with a threat that the bank will stop payment on the check. He finally called around 4 to say that it must be the compressor and that he will not be available until Sunday morning. He was pressed for a definitive time; he said he would arrive between 10 and 12. He was a no-show during these times. We had to call to follow up and he said he overslept! When our disappointment was expressed over his lack of communication, he said, "Sorry, Hoss, my bad." At this point we have very little confidence that issue will be rectified in a satisfactory manner.
