Overall it appears like they did a great job. We had a few communication issues but nothing serious. They were super apologetic and professional about it. Overall I really appreciated the way they handled the entire process. They worked with me and my neighbors really well.

I had to take a day of vacation and the evening before the were to come out, they called and asked if I could postpone the day because another scheduled customer had a change of plans. They came out on the Saturday morning, and did 95% good job. I had them cut down bamboo trees which I know are difficult, but they left about 2-1/2 to 3 inches of stalks. They recommend that I pour rock salt that you make ice cream with, which I did. . . 16 boxes, the new trees are about 3 feet tall within 3 weeks. Toward the end of the job they rushed through it, and did not clean up everything as promised

Electronic communications for price quote and billing great and efficient. Good crew, knew what they were doing. Cleaned up after the job and had all of the trimmings hauled away quickly. Took care not to damage landscape lighting, fences, and sprinkler heads.

Their work was excellent. However they were unable to grind the tree stump as promised in the contract. Their grinder could not be brought in the backyard. It was their miscalculation.

Matt, the owner, is a licensed arborist and knowledgeable in tree management. His crew was courteous and efficient. I had three large trees removed and three other large trees pruned to my complete satisfaction. The price quoted was the price charged, and the work was first class. I will use Risk Tree Service again without hesitation, and I fully recommend the company without hesitation.

They prepared an estimate quickly, as well as provided proof of insurance and arborist license. Got the job done fast, including returns for some follow-up trimming.

Several trees needed to be removed and many large bushes needed trimming. Crew was on time, courteous, and focused on getting work done in a safe and efficient manner. Clean-up was thorough.I give them high marks across the board.
