He was prompt and efficient.

AJs work did not last 2 months. When called to come back due to appliance not working, he scheduled a visit and never showed up after having me wait all day. He rescheduled for the next day and again, never showed up. I followed up with a phone call reminder to him and assured me he was coming but never did. Needless to say after paying over $400 to have an appliance repaired, it still does not work.

Now I smell burning rubber. Maybe the belt is rubbing against something? I was never told the cause of the old belt being so worn. Hopefully, this belt doesn't do the same. I don't have another$195. Technician was very nice and prompt.
