Very friendly straight to the point very quick at repair and didn't kill my pocket book

The repair person that came couldn’t fix my issue said it would be best to by a new dryer find I got that. What have me displeased is that this person burnt my dryer plug and could have caused a electrical fire in my home or caused major electrical problems. He didn’t even say anything about it I noticed after he left that my wall had burnt scares on it. Very unprofessional people need to own up to the mistakes they do.

They were on time and friendly.

He needs to decide what his rates are. He told me on the phone it was $70 call out charge, but charged me $80. Then said the part was $170, but he would pay the $10 shipping, so it would only be $160. The day he came to put in the part, it cost me $178. So he charged more to come out & more for the part. He did come out and fix my oven, but not sure I'd ever call him again.

Super nice guy. Came out the next day to look at the fridge. He said he tested all the parts (even though the fridge had no power???) and we only needed the part I told him was out over the phone. He didn't have the part so we waited two more days without a fridge. He was an hour late arriving with the part. Got power to the fridge and said it was working. It wasn't. It had power but wasn't cooling. $170 for nothing and now we are opting to just buy a new fridge. What a waste of time and money.

The stovetop was difficult to access and service - he did not complain or charge more for the time he spent working on it. He completed the job and did what was correct.

The guys name is Kenneth. I had to threaten him to give my money back or do the job. This is my first and last experience with Home Advisor, the company essential home service.

Kenneth went above and beyond excellent customer service. My above-the-oven microwave stopped working. He gave me all the options - repair vs. new appliance, and when I decided that I would purchase a new appliance, he even picked it up for me and installed it. I highly recommend him.

The repair guy worked quick and efficient just not big on conversing.

He was efficient and punctual very courteous man . If they had magnets I would take one.
