I used Eagle Quality Roofing because Franklin (the owner) repaired my sisters roof and she couldn't say enough about how much she liked the service. Franklin came to my home to look at the roof that was damaged by a storm. He thoroughly checked my roof and noted the damage, then talked me through all the details of handling my claim. He got on the phone right away with my insurance company. Franklin showed up when my insurance company stopped by, they decided the roof needed to be replaced. Everything was handled quickly and very professionally by Franklin, he even made suggestions for colors for a new roof that I would not have thought about. I went with a higher quality shingle and I'm glad I did. I now have a 15-year warranty on the shingles. The crew that came out did an excellent job. The roof, yard, and driveway were picked up and cleaned off with nothing left behind. I would definitely recommend Eagle Quality Roofing to anyone that has a roofing problem or might be ready to install a new roof. Franklin was easy to work with, answered my call right away and answered all my questions. I would rate them a 10 if that was a choice.

I want everyone to know that Franklin was awesome! He was the 1st person to call me and said he could come to my home at 1:00 and he was here straight up 1:00. I had a small leak in my roof, he took pictures of the shingles that showed the nails that were coming up. He also pointed out the pipe from my water heater in the attic, half of it didn't have the foam insulation around it due to a raccoon being in my attic at one time and he wrapped the pipe and even helped me replace the rope string to my attic! He did a great job on my roof and was very respectable and kind. I would recommend him to anyone. Oh and the price was great!

I was a bit overwhelmed with taking on a roofing project at my grandmotherâ s house, but Franklin took all the stress away. Great product and good quality materials. Professional and courteous. Very prompt and efficient. Franklin and his guys were awesome. They arrived at 0730 and 4 hours and 30 minutes later we had a beautiful finished roof. Afterwards they tidy d up and were done. I will certainly use Eagle Quality for all my future endeavors and would strongly encourage others to do likewise. Their price was reasonable and affordable. Franklin was very knowledgeable about my roof problem and how to fix it. He fixed it really quick and the very next day when it rained and when I check the roof everything was dry there were no leaks I would definitely hire him again and recommend him two friends and family
