HONEST. NOT TRYING TO BUMP UP THE CHARGES. They repair/fix and often tell me something does not need fixing when someone else (dealer) said it did.

It took a couple of tries to book an appointment, as I work night shift and was coming straight from work. As it worked out, I did have to wait about 45 minutes before they got started, but once they did, they were quick, thorough, and did a great job balancing finicky tires on finicky alloys. I will definitely use them again. Really nice, very knowledgeable, and high-quality service.

Called and was told the business hours. They said to stop in anytime and they would take a look. Dropped it off late morning and they called me back that afternoon to say what the problem was, that it would be end of day or next morning before they could get the part. They said when it was fixed they would call and that the repair would be $325 parts and labor. They called the next afternoon as promised and said the repair was complete and ready for pickup. The young man on the counter was very polite and professional. I would return for other repairs without hesitation.

Somebody had backed into my original bumper and put a very lovely hole into it, so it had to be completely replaced. They were very professional. I went to several places, and I got a quote from them, and they did a good job in a very short time and did it very well. They are close by to where I live. My car was a Nissan, and they guaranteed that they used Nissan parts, so they were great. The people who had backed into my car actually paid for it. In terms of price, I got three bids, and they were the middles, but the point why is that they used the Nissan parts, and nobody else was going to use the Nissan parts, so I felt that was the best deal. They were great in terms of responsiveness, and their professionalism was terrific.

I understand that getting the paint job right can be a roll of the dice, especially with metallic-type paint such as the silver on my Elantra. There were some problems with the paint job the first time around, but they honored their warranty and repainted the bumper. Now it is as close to like-new as could be expected under the circumstances. On the whole, great job!
