Made an appt; next day got a call that they were in my area and would I like them to come by. Yes, and they did the work. So faster than I thought they would be. Wore masks; went right to work. Done very quickly. No mess to clean up. I was very pleased. The receptionist was also very helpful.

They were excellent!  This company arrived within an hour of placing the service call.  They were friendly and professional, and were very nice and tolerant of my very nosy labradors.  The men got my gas logs working again and took the time to show me and explain how to keep them running efficiently and safely.  I would definitely recommend this company to others.

istantInitially could not respond for a week due to work load but came to house as promised. Took about 2 hours and they provided one part each for faucet and commode. Charged extra $50 to use their rooting machine to clear kitchen drain (In my opinion this was excessive as it was a small much-used machine that used my electric current) . If I use them again I will first ask about itemized costs..

I've used this company for nearly 20 years and have been very happy with their work. They always go the extra mile -- AND they like my dog. :and gt;) I'd recommend them to anyone -- and have.

Two commodes were replaced in about 2 1/2 hours. Very fast, cleaned up after they finished and made sure everything worked correctly.

They were professional. They are a little pricey but they know what they are doing. Service, punctuality, accessing the job correcting, i highly recommend them.

Came back 2nd time as still not heating as well as I wanted at no charge. would definitely use them again.

I called mid-afternoon and within an hour two plumbers were at my house. They had to go get a part and returned and fixed the problem. The whole thing was over in less than three hours. Whew. I couldn't be more appreciative of this service.

I've used Mason and Shirley Plumbing for years. They're now under new ownership, but the new owner worked for Mssrs. Mason and Shirley for years before he took over the business, so I haven't noticed a change in service with the transition. They still provide reliable, good work, and they clean up after themselves. I trust them, and that trust has come from many service calls over many years. They've never disappointed me.

Kitchen sink stopped up on the afternoon we were celebrating Christmas with family. Called Mason and Shirley plumbing that afternoon and they were able to send someone over within an hour. He was very nice and communicated everything he was doing. He even interacted with the grandkids while he was here. After a couple of tries he was able to locate and resolve the problem and then made some recommendations for what I should do to help prevent some future problems. I was thankful for the responsiveness and quick resolution to my issue. I will definitely use them in the future.

They do their best to make you feel comfortable. They will get the job done no matter what. They are outstanding and very personable.

Not a difficult task. I did not remember how to separate column from post. will know next time---have already bought
seals. I have had their services before and they have been very good on each service request.
