We wound up staying and keeping our house but she did extensive work with helping us when we thought we were moving last year. It is not really a cost, unless you sell a house or unless you buy one, I really paid her nothing. It is really the customer service that I can rate her on and promptness when she showed a home. There was no cost involved, it would have been eventually had we come to an agreement but they work, work , work, until you do something. She would meet me at a place, show me all around, tell me about the home and set up the appointments. She was very prompt. She was willing to drop 1% on a commission for us, so I think even 1% when you are talking a $200000 home, it is quite a bit. She was willing to work with us on price if something had transpired.
Description of Work: When we thought we would be selling our home, she came out and gave an approximate and looked up on her i-pad different houses that sold in the area, looked at ours, gave us what she thought we should list it for. She probably showed me 15 homes and condos probably about a dozen in a 6 months period of time. There is no charge for that unless you literary make a transaction.
