Cody from Clog Busterz came out after I contacted him through the app, and appraised our main water pipe situation. He was not only very professional, but was very knowledgeable, and had appropriate advice and a plan as to what would be done. Thankfully, we did hire him, because the realization of our issue was that the work a previous company had done was incorrect. Cody was very easy to work with, he made scheduling a complete breeze, and I wouldn't just recommend him, I'd tell people about him. I'm grateful to have had Clog Busterz, and Cody, as the company to assist us with our issue, and I will call them again should another problem arise. Very well done!

My technician, James C., was polite, professional, and very helpful. My heater's expansion tank decided to fail on a Sunday morning. Clog Busterz, LLC responded quickly and the problem was fixed before it became a major issue. I've owned my home for 8 years and never needed a plumbing service. I now have service won't hesitate to use again!

Mr. Tackett diagnosed, quoted, and came back the next day to replace a noisy water pressure regulator. He was pleasant and thorough. The new regulator seems to be doing its job and we haven't heard from it since :) And that is a good thing!

The plumbers arrived right on schedule (at noon, whereas I was given a 12pm-5pm window) and were able to diagnose and fix a leaky bathroom faucet in just a matter of minutes. They even showed us "tricks of the trade" an explained the nuances of repair kits, letting us know when it would be better to just get a new faucet. Thanks for your honesty and professionalism!
