Very knowledgeable. On time. Very professional. They installed a commode, kitchen faucet and a sump pump. Would highly recommend Jacob.

Jake Miller told me a new toilet would cost $250 plus $250 to install. I told him he could buy a cheaper toilet at Lowes or Home Depot for about $100. He said he could get one, but they were not as good as the $250 toilet. I said as long as it's a working toilet, I am fine with that. So he went and bought one and came to install it. He took the old toilet with him and charged me $435. If the toilet only cost $100, then he charged me $335 for less than an hour's work. Less than five days later, the toilet is barely putting any water into the bowl, is not flushing properly, and is not working. I called him to come back and see what the problem was. He told me that he would have to wait until Monday (I called him on Saturday) because it would be cheaper for me that way. When he showed up on Monday, he took one look at the toilet, told me that it was a trash toilet that had a bad design and it was my fault that it was not working because I had insisted on him getting a cheaper toilet. He told me that if he was going to install the original toilet that he wanted to install, it would work perfectly, and he would only charge me $681! So he installed a bad toilet, charged me outrageously for it, and when it stopped working, he said that he would replace the toilet for $200 more than he originally quoted. I told him to get out. I am disgusted with the bait and switch he pulled, the outrageous price gouging, and the horrible work ethic that he has. I would not recommend Jake Miller or pipe surgeons for ANY Work whatsoever. He is a horrible plumber, and deceptive as well. Do not hire this company!

Friendly and fast service

It cost a little more than I thought it would but in the end it was worth it. Good quality and craftmanship and he even took my old dishwasher away.

Did the job and was very nice but 180 per hour is off the charts. I have more to do but not at that price.

The price was a bit of a shock...we hadn't needed a plumber in a few years so that threw us off at first...but this young man did an excellent job, repaired the split pipe, replaced the hose bibb quickly and professionally.

Very knowledgeable, polite, friendly and kept his workspace clean and removed the garbage with him when he left. Jake did a great job of explaining things as he went and left my bathroom spotless at the end of the job.

I called them for 3 leaking faucets. When they arrived the plumber decided 2 of my faucets werent leaking. I tried to get him to touch the pipe to see that it was wet, but he did not want to do the work, so he did not touch it. He just said he could see it was not leaking. He repaired 1 faucet for $300, and the other two faucets still leak. I would NOT use them again, nor could I recommend them.

They respond to the quote in a timely manner. The plumber finished 5 projects--toilet repair, two bathtub faucets replacement, sink faucet repair, sink water supply pipe repair-- within 2 hours with a trip for buying the parts. The total cost is much above I previously expected.

Professional and honest. A little pricey though.

Jake & Pipe Surgeon was a breath of fresh air to deal with on my large project. He set an appointment for a free estimate, was straight forward on project details and cost. The job became more work than expected once he got started and took longer but didn't charge me more than his original estimate. He was a real pleasure to work with and as a real estate agent I will place him at the top of my list to recommend to all my clients!

The pros were: the installations were done correctly; suggested that I purchase a better, long-lasting ring instead of the one that came with the product which I did; installed an additional item that he had not previously installed before and demonstrated how to operate it. The cons were: he did not remove any of the old toilets; he did not tell me that they still had water in them; he did not clean up. There was glue and debris left at every installation site. I had to incur the extra cost of removing each of the three old toilets which turned out to be quite an ordeal.

Worst experience of my life , Jake Miller is the most dishonest individual I have ever come in contact with , he charged my 80 yr. old mother 261.00 to replace a part in the tank of her commode which the part itself is around 20.00 if that and it literally took him 20min. Maybe , that being said he did mine the exact same thing in my toilet , so all together he made 522.00 in not even an hour, I would say that is enough to get that big new truck paid off real quick . This is not to mention the 230.00 he charged to replace the faucet on the tub which he never could tell me the cost of it , wonder why . He did not have the decency before he flew to the bank to cash the check like he said he would to give me an itemized statement before he cashed it. Forgot to mention his outrageous rate of 180.00 an hour , that he claims every plumber charges which is absolutely not true , point being please think long and hard before hiring him , he will take u for everything u got ¬such a shame

Pipe Surgeon made sure to find someone to come and put up the drywall the very same day that he did my plumbing. Very professional.

Jake was great. He gave me an appointment the day after I contacted him. He was personable, clean and neat and got the job done to my satisfaction. He really was thorough and answered all of my questions as he went along with the job. I highly recommend him.

Very quick reply to my request. We talked about the issue, I texted pics for further context and we scheduled an appointment. He showed up on the earlier end of the 2 hour window, wore a mask and shoe coverings. The issue was resolved quickly and I couldnâ t be happier. Would definitely recommend and will hire again.
