The framing was square and solid, no sloppiness. The woodwork of the addition perfectly matches the woodwork of the original home. You can't tell where the original house stops and the new house begins. Rateau is an example of and quot;you get what you pay for.and quot; At the same time, rateau worked to price higher quality products so that I could afford them. He also discouraged me from some choices that he thought were not necessary thus saving me a significant amount of money. My only complaint is that he was slow or neglected to repair some minor defects.
