Overall they did a great job! The price was competitive with the other outfits I received bids from, the workers showed up on time, and they provided a quality result. Not only did they put in a perimeter waterproofing system; they repaired the cracks in the walls and put sheets on the walls to ensure those would not be an issue in the future. Will recommend using them in the future.

Went great. I had a crack from the top of the wall to the bottom in my basement. They very nicely cut out a section of the drywall in the basement then jackhammered the crack, filled it up with a special filler and finished the job by gluing a board over top of the crack. They were very professional, super nice and kept the area clean! They got the job done within the time they told me it would take! I received my certiticate of work completed warranty within a week or so. I would definitely use them again in the future!

I ended up not needing to use their services. I was disappointed that I paid $50 for an inspection, when he said he would have done that for free. He did say I could use the $50 voucher if I ever needed any waterproofing services in the future.

Mike Durham actually called and asked if he could come a little earlier than our appointment. He got there when he said he would and looked over the situation. He gave me several options including (due to the unusually large amount of rainfall this spring) not to necessarily have the work done at this time. I elected to wait, but have no doubt that if I need the work in the future, Highland will be the company I call.

It probably took them a day with about 6 or 8 workers. They were good.

Everything went very well. Mr. Mike Durham, the president and owner, was very professional, honest, and reasonable on price. The work was done very promptly. There was very little if any dust or dirt left to clean up. And most importantly, the basement cracks no longer allow water to enter the basement. His employees are very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Overall, it was a very good and pleasant experience. I would most definitely recommend Highland Basement Waterproofing, Inc. to others. In fact, I have already recommended them to a neighbor.

We didn't have anything major at all but they responded very quickly. We didn't wait. They were very good. They actually got here before anybody else could. They were punctual. My husband was home and I wasn't. He was very pleased.

They were very professional and punctual we appreciate that in a contractor as it doesn't usually happen. We would use them again in the future should we need them hopefully not.

Although he spent some time trying to determine the cause of the problem, he was only able to provide couple of suggestions. I had my own theory and shared it with him. Finally, I decided to go with my own suspicion and we left it at that. He was interested to hear from me afterwords to see weather my suspicion was the cause of the issue.

The guys showed up ready to work. They put up a plastic "wall" to keep their dust and mess out of the rest of the house. They were done in under 4 hours. The finished project looks great so far. I am pleased.

When they called to make an appointment to come out they said they will come give inspection, however refused to honor deal of $300 worth of basement waterproofing. She said they will come out and do a report, but the $300 would be applied to a $5000 basement waterproofing. The deal was not worded that way and I did not want to pay $50 for nothing.

Very well, Waterproofed crack in basement foundation wall. removed slab at wall, exposed old waterproofing piping, placed panel to divert water to old pipe that was clear, backfilled with gravel, patched concrete slab.

Called 3 different " Basement Waterproffing" companies. Highland Basement Waterproffing was the first that I called & they could come the quickest. One was comming later that day & the other 2 days later. Highland gave a very low price & I signed up with him at that time. They were going to come on Thursday. Later that day, they called back & said that they could come out then. They got here at 3:30 and were finished in a little over an hour. The quater size hole turned out to be an opening for a sewer line. Home is over 50 years old, we had septic tank for 15 to 20 years. Then we got sewer lines. Every thing looks fine; waiting for a hard rain to find out that it's OK.

Excellent work and workmanship! The estimator, Mike Meyer, told us exactly what they would do and how they would do it. He did not try to sell us anything we didn't need. In fact he advised us we didn't need the whole basement done, just the one side. I had used them previously at my mother's house, which another contractor had supposedly waterproofed, and that house has not had a drop of water in years. I recommend them anytime.

Highland Basement Waterproofing sent their excellent staff (Tim, Steve, Toby, and Troy) to waterproof my basement to prevent chronic leaks. They did a great job, and I am sure they have defeated the leaks. The staff members were very considerate and took care when entering the house to get to the basement. They explained what was being done and assured me that they would help should the slightest problem arise.
