contacted them for free estimate and was impressed. then contacted for a follow up and told them i wasn't ready to start. they said ok and didn't pester. finally called to schedule and they did everything that i wanted and didn't disappoint.

They were very quick and efficient. They called just before coming as I had asked so I could get the dog up. Came on time were friendly cleaned up after they finished and were having me take a look to see if the Job was to my satisfaction. I already recommended to my friends.

I had blown insulation installed on February 23, 2019. The workers were nice and were finished in about 3 hours or so. They cleaned up their mess and were courteous. After they were finished I noticed my vent in my living room became detached and was about to fall off! This was because of the stuff that they put around the duct to prevent air leaks (I don?t know exactly what it is. It?s a foam like substance) pushed my whole duct out causing my vent to detach. I checked around the house and 2 other vents were pushed out also. One was so bad that my ceiling dry wall was damaged! So I call them and they had the salesman call me about the issue. He seemed to be on top of the issue and had someone sent out the following Friday. The guy came and fixed 2 of the vents and said he would have to speak to management about the vent that had the damaged dry wall. I gave them a week to get back with me and then I called them for an update. The lady said she would get to the bottom of it and they would contact me back. Almost another week and I still haven?t heard anything. I?ve been extremely patient with them and feel like they?re dodging me for something they did. I?m extremely disappointed and I can?t recommend a company with poor customer service. I excepted more from a company that had all of these good reviews.

We are very pleased with Energy Savers, from the estimate to the quality and care of their work. Their employees were very knowledgeable, professional, honest, clean and courteous. They came in and covered my floors, used footies on their feet and even during the large down pour this week still did not make a mess. They worked all day up into the late afternoon to get things done carefully and properly. We are surrounded by a creek and the mud was horrible around our house, it was pouring down rain and they worked through it all with diligence and care to provide the best service possible. They even tried to stay and sweep the floor from any excess insulation they had pulled out. Our family also has a small business so we are very careful to make the right decision when hiring anyone to do work for us. We always try and contract other local businesses to do our work and we are very please by our choice to hire Energy Savers, another local family owned business. I highly recommend this company. It's nice to find caring and honest people to trust in our home that also do great work. I appreciate all of their hard work, honestly and dependability.

Phenomenal group of extremely talented workers who "did the job EXACTLY" the way the customer wanted it done. Strongly recommend this company to anyone in the Louisville area that needs to get their attic energy efficient. they are inexpensive and represents the values of what many more companies should emulate

Made a mess, insulation droppings on the floor and covered up electrical wiring and junction boxes. Used this in an unfinished basement and it caused problems when it came time to finish.
