Wildcat Gutters

Gutter leaked at every connection. The workman unilaterally changed the design of the gutter placement on the shed so that the vast majority of the water was completely missed. I then refused to pay for that service. No one contacted me for 2 months after I was told to wait by the phone. Not a single call was received from Wildcat Guters in the ensuing 2 months. No one ever left a message, sent an email nor sent a letter. No contact. I should have known when the salesperson showed up at my house an hour early to the scheduled call stating he "texted" my phone. My phone is a land line. I very specifically stated to the telephone salesperson and she indicated she would definitely document it in my "file" with my email address. I was told I would receive a call from the scheduler to set a date and that there was a two week lead. Fine. The next week first business day I am awakened by someone on my roof. Two workmen from Wildcat Gutters are tearing off gutters and threw them on my blueberry bushes. No one had bothered to knock on the door. Communication is the nonexistent with this entity. So I stopped them and initialed contact with the "scheduler" that had called while I was speaking with the workers. I was told that showing up unannounced was to be considered good customer service. Sadly, as I was desperate to have my gutters cleaned I allowed the work to continue. I pointed out the work that was agreed to and explained again the entire reason behind it. It took literally all day to clean the gutters and put gutters on the garden shed. The entire point of putting the gutters on the shed as I explained was to collect water to use on the garden. The gutters were placed on the sides without any slope of the roof. The splash guard was not installed on my back porch nor was the leak fixed as I later found after the first rain. The entire involvement was a fiasco from start to finish. I have just finished paying these people for horrible work and horrible business practices. Even with the latest technician I had to point out another leak that was readily visible at the front door. I admit I was angry the sole time I initiated a call to the owner and asked him if he even knew what was wrong. He of course did not but that didn't stop him from sending a letter demanding payment after my 2 months wait for the "SCHEDCULER" to call about my concerns. This has been my WORST experience with a business. I have paid a premium to get rid of them.
