Went very well. Had a few glitches because of differences of opinion (mostly because I have been involved with many levels of new construction and remodeling projects for some 30 years) but we worked things out quickly and to my complete satisfaction.

They were going to start until I fired them!

Great advice on color and brand of our new shingles. Hardworking pleasant and professional crew. Very knowledgeable and dedicated team leader (Alberto) who made sure the roofing team did a perfect roof installation. The new roof was installed in 1 day! Meticulously cleaned up the debris from the old roof. We are very happy and impressed with our professionally installed roof which also looks beautiful. However, they tend not to have the same credentials as Creative Home Solutions - we had work done in the past by another contractor for roof repairs who was recommended by our insurance company- he charged 'an arm and a leg' and the repairs were still not done right. Thanks to Creative Home Solutions' perfect roof installation we no longer have to worry about storms and new roof leaks. My husband got (and still gets) a lot of compliments from the people in our community who noticed our awesome looking new roof. it went well. had a few weather related delays. showed up on time, kept in touch, personable. kept their work area clean while doing the job. added more runoff slant to the existing sunroom. i tried consistently to get them back to do other jobs that arose around the residence, but was unsuccessful. one employee left the company while i employed them. that employee had a personal issue. nothing to do with their job performance. at the present time, they are relatives that work together but that does not interfere with their job.

They were about $1500 more than the guy that I eventually hired. They were courteous and nothing wrong with their manner. It is just that their price was just not competitive with the fellow that eventually did work for me. I haven't seen their work and I had no idea about how good their work is. They were responsive, and prompt, punctual in giving the estimate.

The service went extremely well, A plus. They showed up when they were scheduled to be here, they walked me through what they were going to do, they took everything away with them and made sure the work area was cleaned. It was a great job and well worth what I paid.

Three different crews: roofing; carpentry and gutter. All did a fine job.

It was amazing. The prices were very reasonable. They were lower than other companies. They were on time. They did what was expected.

I needed a new roof plus a replacement of a 6 foot wooden privacy fence. I obtained several estimates, and Mr Clevenger was able to use the Google maps to help with the roofing estimate and came out to do the final assessment of the roof and fence. His estimate was much less expensive than the other ones, and we agreed on a date for the work to be done. A dumpster was delivered to hold the old roof and fence the day before the work was to start. He estimated it would take one day for the roof, then 3 days for the fence. The roof took a little over a day to complete, and the fence took about a half day longer. This was partly due to weather, and partly due to the holes for the fence being very difficult to dig due to the severe rocks in the soil. I was impressed with how hard the crew worked. I had a couple of concerns during the installation, and they were immediately addressed to my satisfaction. Cleanup was complete, and overall I am quite happy with the result and would recommend Creative Home Solutions for anyone needing a new roof or fence.

They did very well. I couldn't believe they showed up when they said that they will show up. I woke up in the morning around 7 and there were 2 or 3 of them standing out in the yard waiting to go to work. They do what they say they are going to do. They are pretty remarkable. They were knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. I had the manager's cell phone number; every time I called him if I didn't get him on the phone, he would call right back. Their price was agreeable and they worked right along with the insurance.

I requested four other estimates and his was not the least expensive, but I liked the way he presented himself and the fact that he listened to what I wanted.

Started on date in contract, kept in constant contact regarding work and cleaned up after self. Final product is great. He even offers to come out and check, to make sure the gates don't need to be adjusted, and for a small fee will stain the fence within a couple months.
