The bid process was favorable. They said they could do it next week. I waited and waited and never heard back. I called them and they informed me that they were really busy.

When bidding the job Bruce's son called Bruce out to take a look at the sagging roof, He arrived promptly and looked it over saying he thought it could be fixed. Most others were not willing to try. Their bid came in very reasonable and they were friendly and professional. When the work started, I was surprised to see that Bruce worked along with the rest of the crew and they worked quickly and efficiently. The workers were all friendly and english speaking. The roof lookes great and the charges for some extra work were very reasonable. They were very proffesional and they give you a three year warranty on their work .

Bruce offered me several references which I really appreciated. He gave me references for homes that matched my color scheme. Bruce and his crew arrived right on time, finished the work in a day. Their clean up was impecable. I found little to no debris left over. The work itself also turned out extremely well and I would say it was a great experience from start to finish.
