Great customer service. They call to inform you of the progress of the repair. They helped to load the TV into the vehicle after it was repaired

We called Cy's. They were able to schedule an in house appointment that same afternoon. The technition called and asked if he could come early. The total time of the repair was less than 30 minutes. The total charge was for the base service call with no additional time charged. This is a quality local family firm.

Just fine. They couldn't find anything wrong with our TV so we just had the evaluation bill. Will visit them when we are ready for a new TV for sure.

The DLP projector that I use in my home theatre wouldn't turn on, so I dropped it off at Cy's and paid the $40 diagnostic fee for them to look at it. Within one business day, Cy got back to me with an estimate to fix the projector. He was very up-front about the cost and what services I would be paying for. I told him to go ahead with the repair, and within 24 hours he called back saying it was fixed. I was amazed to learn that the problem was simply a bad capacitor, and that the technician at Cy's (Vince) was able to diagnose the problem and replace the bad capacitor. The final cost was exactly as estimated, and the $40 diagnostic fee was applied to the repair cost. I will definitely use Cy's again when the need arises, and I recommend their electronics repair services.

Looked for TV repair place that would give an honest evaluation of whether or not is worth repairing our 8 year old 40and quot; Samsung plasma TV. Their cost for estimating repairs was substantially less than any other business I called. They responded within a day to report the source of the problem and give a price for repair. TV was repaired quickly at a good price and haven't had in problems since. Don't let the age and condition of the store scare you away.

They came to my home and hauled the tv back to their shop. After the repairs were completed they brought the tv back and put into place. I was very pleased with their service.

I called about my freezer not freezing and they were able to come out the next afternoon. He was on-time (and called first to confirm the appointment.) When he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the probable problem and checked the compressor-cooling fan, which was indeed broken. He replaced the fan, and checked all temperatures to make sure everything was cooling properly. While he was here, he took a look at my washing machine for no extra charge. (Turns out the transmission's shot.) He was friendly, professional, and quick.

The project went very very well! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!
