Our water heater went out 8 pm. Butler was the only company that contacted me that night and offered to have someone sent out. Chose to wait until the next morning (8-830). Received call 730 from John who met me at 815. A second man showed up with the new w.h. and they collectively sized up, installed, and hauled off the old one by 1015 am. Great job Thanks!
