Excellent, I must say I really appreciate professionals that show up on time, take care of the issue, and charge a reasonable rate. Tom Owens Plumbing is a great Topeka company and I highly recommend them.

All went extremely well.  I spoke on the phone with Marsha, set up the schedule with her on Monday, and then greeted Jason, Tom's son, on Thursday morning.  Jason was extremely neat, careful, and efficient.  Quite a lot of effort went into the tasks at hand, but the areas around the replacements were cleaner after than they were before.  We had bought the faucet from Home Depot beforehand, and Jason was happy to put it in for us, but its (sealed unopened) box was missing a vital set-screw, and Jason and I called Home Depot and arranged to pick up a replacement from another opened box in their stock, which Jason went out and did.

Scratched the faucets, lost parts, didn't fix outside faucet that was on the list. End result, faucets worked, but were not in the same condition as when this person began working on them cosmetically.

They went out of their way to accommodate me after we had a slight mis-communication about whether or not we were doing the project. They made sure to rearrange their schedule to get out and put my hot water heater in the next day. Promptly called and let me know when they would be there and took care of it all while I was at work as my son was home. Great service and I will use them again when needed.

They have come in and taken care of several things for me in my new home. They do a good job at a great price. They are nice on the phone as well.

Unfortunately our sewer backed up on a Friday afternoon. Welcome to the weekend! We had a roto rooter type company come out to clear the drain. They determined our problem was way worse than a plugged main drain. We got a few recommendations for Tom Owens Plumbing, so we called and left a message on Saturday morning. Since it was the weekend, we didn't expect a call back until Monday morning. Much to our surprise, we received a call back in about 10 minutes. We were told their sewer cam guy was off that day and his schedule was full on Monday but she would find a way to work us in the schedule. They ran the camera down Monday afternoon to find a collapsed sewer line. By Tusday morning, the whole crew was at our house to dig up our old line and reroute the new line since the old line ran under the neighbor's property. They had the new line laid and hooked up-ready to go by 3:30 Tuesday afternoon. They returned the next morning to fill in all the trenches and did an excellent job spreading the dirt back. Tom Owens was here to make sure the job was going well. His crew was awesome in explaining what they were doing and why. They worked hard to keep our cost as low as possible. A great company and I would reccommend them to anyone and will call them first for any Plumbing need in the future.

He was really good. He fixed the problem quickly and then had time left over. He fixed one outdoor spickets, a leaky faucet in the kitchen, and cleared out a drain in the bathroom sink. Then a week later the bathroom faucet started leaking. He fixed it then fixed the other outdoor spicket. They were extremely responsive. When I called they came same day. They are very curteous and cleaned up after themselves.

They responded right away as my tile guys were waiting to lay tile. I cannot say enough good things about how polite they were and understanding about picky women wanting to see colors of the new toilet before I chose one. Great work, very polite, excellent clean-up! I would have them come back again!
