Description of Work: I am a first time buyer, I hired "Susan Wiley", Realtor/Designer, Keller Williams Realty, Diamond Partners Inc. I realized about her service only after I moved into the house. After I moved in, I found the Air Conditioner never worked during the hot summer days with my kids at home. Before the final purchase of the house, the inspector checked and passed it. But I found it broken, there was a leak in A coil as per the HVAC guys I hired after I moved in. If I would have known the option of "home warranty plan", I could have saved the huge amount and sufferings for my family. Susan never told me about this option, however she came up with a list of docs/items for my signature, but she never gave me the importance of "home warranty plan" as a first time buyer when I was buying a house (17 years old). Also she did not focus on collecting the required maintenance docs (roof, painting, basement etc) from the seller. I had to remind her for these papers. Also after sell offer was accepted, I found her pretty slow in responses. I would NOT recommend her for any of my friends, family or colleagues. I am thinking what I should do for the next course of actions.

 + -1 moreKirk Blinzler is the agent I dealt with. I haven't sent any money to him yet but he has done everything I had asked him to do. He is extremely professional, extremely knowledgeable and extremely experienced. It's more about just Kirk Blinzler in particular. He is willing to help and he's totally one hundred percent on it. I think he'll be a great agent either as a buyer or a seller. For his experience he could charge more but he only asked for six percent where in a lot of them asked for seven percent. He is pretty busy so I don't get to hear back from him right away although when he can get back to me right away, he does. He is very honest, knowledgeable and he's got his true things for sure. I don't have any knowledge about the facility because it's just an office for the realtor. I just dealt with Kirk.
Description of Work: I used Keller Williams Realty in October as my real estate agents.
