Was able to come out on a Saturday with short notice. Cost exactly what was quoted over the phone and tested the garbage disposal out before he left to make sure everything was in working order.

I saved a friend from hiring this guy. He cut wood that he could have simply measured. He has no accountability and he is totally disrespectful and lazy. When we first met him he was completely professional, but heaven forbid he has to come back and correct his sloppy work, he them becomes a nightmare. I have have plenty of photos and videos of this sloppy work.

Rory was incredible. He was super responsive and truly a master at his craft. He replaced our undermount sink by removing the old one and installing the new one. Rory’s Repairs was responsive and professional. We needed old faucet valves replaced in two bathtubs with pipes that date back to the origins of the house in the 1930’s. He was communicating in a timely manner about what needed to be done, the time it would take and when costs were changing. He solved the problem and we are happy with his service

I hired this person to fix a leaky pipe and the project lasted approximately 4 hours from start to finish. He ran to the store for parts which he stated that they cost him approximately $90. In the end, he replaced a small section of PVC, cut some galvanized metal, cut some of my wood, and all for the price tag of $475!!! I expected $200-300 but this price tag left my jaw on the floor. Never ever again!!

Only downside was he left the old one. It will be in my garage until Big Item Pick up in the Spring

I didnâ t ask for a quote up front, so my bad. I was sent an invoice but there wasnâ t a breakdown.

Charged $100.00 more than quote plus $120 for two shut off valves he had to buy. Forgot appointment time and had to call him.

So no water since Friday PM. He bailed us out! It was very expensive BUT we have water!
