Jeremy let me demo the new Simplicity vacuum for a week. It worked great and had a HEPA filter plus bags to contain the dog hair and smell.
I returned to purchase the floor model and it was already SOLD. Jeremy called the other stores and found the vacuum as a demo selling it to me for 50$ less!
Terrific help and service with low pressure sale people.

I took my lamp in in early April, 2012 and was told that it would be done in 1-2 weeks. I received a call after about 3 weeks that the specific socket style for my lamp was out of stock and would be coming within the next month or so. I never received another phone call. By June I went in and they told me they were still waiting on the part. By the end of July I still had not received any information and I went to the store to see what was going on. I asked if there was another company that they could get the part from the man at the counter told me I had to be patient. When I told him that the lamp had been there for 4 months and that I thought that was pretty patient he shrugged his shoulders and said, and quot;Whatever.and quot; I then asked for my lamp and took it somewhere else and had it repaired in less than a week.

Faster repair than quoted. Price was as quoted.

A rubber piece stretched and broke on the vacuum. Before we knew what had happened, it scratched our hardwood floors. We took it back and the salesman said that he had never seen that happen on a Dyson. He said it would take up to four weeks for repair. They refused to give us a new one and all they would do is send it in for repair. The manager refused to refund our money or replace the vacuum. We weren't treated with good customer care at all.

They seem to know what they're doing and I think they're very knowledgeable.

Their price varies because the appliances carry different parts, and they fix and repair anything from vacuum cleaner, sewing machine, dust buster, or any kind of kitchen appliances or appliances around the house. I go them as they are the only one who do that kind of work. I would continue to use them again in the future.

It was excellent. They were very knowledgable and had all kids of replacement parts.

Two Hoover vacuums needed a new brush and one needed a belt. The repair was done in a timely manor, three days. They called me to come pick them up. The vacuum's were also cleaned on the outside and had new bags. Thank you Mar-Beck.

I dropped the mixer off at Mar Beck at 95th and Antioch. They gave me an estimate and a date to pick up the repaired mixer.

The vacuum works fine now. They did the work at the price estimated and had it finished when promised.

THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL FOLKS. THEY ALSO HAVE A WIDE VARIETY OF APPLIANCES AND PARTS AVAILABLE THERE.

WHEN I WAS VACUUMING IN THE BASEMENT I CAUGHT PART OF MY CARPET ON MY ROLLER. I DID NOT NOTICE IT UNTIL I STARTED SMELLING SOMETHING BURNING. I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET MY VACUUM APART TO PULL OUT THE LONG PIECE THAT WAS WRAPPED AROUND THE ROLLER. IT IS WORKING GREAT NOW.

THEY FIXED MY MIXER FOR THE PRICE THEY QUOTED. THEY MADE IT AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP WHEN THEY PROMISED IT.

MEDIOCRE SERVICE. THEY WERE BUSIER THAT DAY. GOOD PRICE, APPLIANCE REPAIRED SUCCESSFULLY.

MAR-BECK IS A NO-HASSLE PLACE. IF THE SWEEPER ISN'T WORKING RIGHT, THEY TAKE IT APART THERE AND THEN WITH MINIMAL CHARGE.

JOB WAS WELL DONE IN A REASONABLE TIME.

MAR-BECK HAS FIXED NUMEROUS APPLIANCES FOR ME. THEY ARE VERY DEPENDABLE AND THEIR PRICES ARE QUITE REASONABLE.

I HAVE USED MAR-BECK'S MANY TIMES OVER THE YEARS. THEY ARE EFFECTIVE AND HONEST. THEY SEEM TO BE ABLE TO FIX ALMOST EVERY APPLIANCE.

SALESPERSON SEEM KNOWLEDGABLE AND PROFESSIONAL AND PRICES WERE REASONABLE.

THEY WERE VERY HONEST ON WHAT COULD BE DONE AND GAVE ME MANY DIFFERENT CHOICES TO SEE WHAT WAS BEST FOR ME.

THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY COURTEOUS. THEY ARE USUALLY QUICK IN THEIR REPAIRS. THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL.
