The roof looks great. I haven't seen any leaks yet. They came on time and they were very quick They were completely done with the roof in three days.

Jeff was courteous and very responsive to my needs. This was particularly important, given my hectic work schedule. The work was completed on time and the quality of the work was very high!

It went very good. They did it very quickly. The guys cleaned up after themselves very well. It cost exactly what they said it was going to. They were very easy to work with and they were very cooperative. They arrived very promptly and worked late.

Jeff Pendergast was very helpful throughout the process. He responded quickly to my phone call with a through & professional estimate. We discussed the project twice before I signed the contract. He required 50% of payment AFTER materials were delivered. Other roofers required payment when contract was signed. The project was done as outlined. He came 3-4 times during the roofing & after the project was completed.

Excellent response right from start to finish. Addressed all concerns without over committment. Completed the job in just 2 days, left the place clean.

We had the entire roof replaced in a few days. They explained the process to my husband and were helpful. When we had a few problems, they came out and replaced what was needed. It was so cold in the year, the shingles couldn't relax, so they fixed that problem.

Initially, I was very pleased with the good work ethic of the workers and the care they took to keep the driveway and yard cleaned of nails and debris. After a couple of weeks, however, I noticed waviness in the roof line. I called Jeff and he came out to meet with us and explained that the waviness was due to the spacing of the rafters. I called 2 weeks later when I noticed even more waviness and asked him to come out again. This time he saw more of a problem and apologized, indicated that the problem was due to the fact that we had chosen the comp shingle over the timberline, and stating that he would never again put on a comp shingle roof because there were too many problems with it. He promised to get a worker out to see what could be done to fix the problem. The worker came and explained that the underlayment paper was wrinkled and that he would have to tear off some of the shingles to straighten it out. He spent a good deal of time correcting the problem and promised to come back in a few days. After a few weeks I noticed more of the waviness and called Jeff again. Again he called on the worker to come back and correct more of the problem, which the worker did. That seemed to fix most of the problem. I did appreciate Jeff's willingness to keep coming back until the work was corrected, but wish that the roof had been done correctly in the first place. I felt like I was paying a good price and didn't appreciate having to revisit the problem over and again. The only other complaint I have is that the attic eaves were filthy with old roof litter after the job was done. I didn't complain to the company about this, however. Still, I might use the company again, because Jeff was willing to work with us and I feel I would be more alert to problems next time.

Jeff and his crew were pleasant to work with from start to finish. They were very prompt and experienced. Our roof (as well as our home for that matter) had definitely seen better days. Jeff thoroughly explained the choices we had and the terms of the contract and spent the time to answer all my questions and then my husband's questions about the roof and other matters (siding, chimney, etc.) The materials arrived over the weekend and the crew finished the project in one day. After the work was complete, Jeff took the time to stop by and talk with us about the roof and to answer any questions we had. What we were impressed with most was throughout the process, Jeff took the time to note any issues other than roofing he and his crew noticed. (Again the home has seen better days and is a work in progress.) The roof itself looks great and I couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish. If you are looking for a roofer who delivers on his promise of quality workmanship, you don't have to look any further.

They were very pleasant. They took the time to explain to me what they were doing so that I understood, which I appreciated. The roof was around $8,000 and the guttering was around $1200 total. I had several estimates done and they were comparable to the others and came with recommendations from a friend.

Received three estimates from roofing companies, including Eclipse. Jeff was the only one who showed up as scheduled. He sent the estimate promptly the next day. Everyone waited patiently for several months while I dealt with my insurance company. When I received approval for the work, I emailed Jeff and he promptly responded with a schedule date. He agreed to meet me at a location close to my work to sign the contract. Work began exactly on the day he said it would, and they actually finished in one day instead of two. The whole job was done while I was at work. They left the area very clean.

it went very good over all. They brought a magnet and made sure there was no nails left in my yard. they were, very professional very timely, and neat.

He wasn't trying to make a quick buck. He came out to my house and explained his recommendation and why he felt like adding insulation would be a better solution. He also suggested who I should speak with about replacing the tile/siding on my home. He was very logical and helpful.

Jeff Pendergraft came when called, delivered a timely and competitive quote, then got the work done quickly once ordered. We had one quick fix that was needed after living with it for a while. Jeff responded quickly and actually got the work done later that afternoon. A nice guy who inspired confidence the job would be done right and we'd be happy, which it was and we are!

We did get a very quick response when we phoned the roofer to get a quote. We had obtained his contact information through Angie's List. When he arrived, neither his "personal appearance" nor "communication style" was appropriate. He measured, went back to the shop to work the numbers out, then returned, handed the written proposal back to us. He left it for us to look at, with no call back to followup on whether we want the roof work done or not. We were honestly considering choosing them as the vendor. However, other subsequent roofing companies wanted our business and called us to see if we had reviewed the quote/estimate, but this company did not. So, we opted for someone we felt a better relationship with and who, quite frankly, quoted us a much lower price.

Arrived when they said they would and completed ahead of schedule. Responded to all my concerns.

This was the first company I called when our roof began leaking. Jeff responded promptly but was unable to come soon, so he recommended another person to do a temporary repair. That company did the repair and told us that it was time to replace the entire roof. We contacted a total of 5 companies for estimates. Eclipse was not the lowest bidder but, considering everything, they seemed to be the best value for the service included. We were very pleased with the manner in which Jeff answered questions, explained items, worked with us to arrange a schedule, returned calls promptly, etc.

From the beginning, Jeff was easy to talk with and very patient with my questions. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up the property extremely well. We are so glad to finally have a reliable roofing company to call.

I am quite pleased overall. I thought they might have done a slightly better job of protecting my annual & perennial flower beds (draping and such) than they did, and we have found nails that their magnet bar missed, but all my friends who have had a roof replaced said we would. So really no surprises. Also Eclipse roofing accepted my Angie's List coupon which I printed off the web site and saved me $300 (discounted) from the original bid. This $300 savings will pay for my continued Angie's List subscription for this year and several more.

Men worked hard and worked long hours to complete job in 2 and 1/2 days. Finished product was beautifully executed. Men cleaned yard, going over it with magnet to pick up nails. Jeff and Rick showed up regularly to oversee the work being done. The price was the lowest of 6 bids, too. I was very pleased with the work.

Because this was due to damage, it was paid for by our home owners insurance. I would suggest that this company is wonderful to deal with if you're paying from your own pocket--but the owner has a serious issue waiting several days for an insurance check to clear, so either 1) hire someone else or 2) make it clear that you will pay 7-10 days after the job is completed (or however long it takes your insurance to clear). The owner was like a Jekyll/Hyde character--all smiles until we had to wait one week for the insurance payment. Granted, he kept repeating that the job wasn't between my carrier and his company, which I agreed, but he negotiated the total cost of the job with my insurance agent at the START of the project, so you'd think he'd be willing to wait a few days for payment. Instead, when he brought me the missing gutter guards he replaced, he received his check the VERY next day. I didn't appreciate his lecturing phone calls. Sheez.

After the initial call, an estimate was provided within 4 days. The roofing work was scheduled within a week. The work took only a day to perform. The premises were left cleaner than when the work was started.

Jeff and his crew were prompt and responsive from beginning to end. Very efficient and hard working. They worked twelve hour days and finished the job in less than three days. The crew was a well oiled machine; everyone just came and went to work with no lost time. They did a good job of cleaning up. I have a lot plants and flowers and they were very careful not to damage any of them.

Excellent. Attentive service, quick response. We set up the date and work was completed in about a day and a half. So far so good. Guttering crew came couple weeks later, completed their deal in a day as well. Turned out to be very stressful time with a family issue, we were out a lot, but Jeff just worked with our neighbor to hand off payments and communicate with us. Was an excellent experience.

They were $1,000 under bid from another company that was going to do the EXACT same work with the same material for the roof! They were even the lowest bid that I received from the companies that I called. They did a very good job. The gutters cost $1,750 and the roof was $10,800.

I felt the job went very well. It took just over two days. My main contact was with the Project Manager, Ricky. He was friendly, very professional and answered all of my many questions. Picking the color for the shingles was hard for me. I asked Jeff to give me addresses for some of his other customers, so I could see what a completed roof looked like. I spent some time driving around the local area and ended up picking out a color completely different than what I liked in the brochure. I am very pleased with how it turned out.
