Description of Work: Jay and Jamie were extremely responsive to our request to install our new fence and gate closures within a very specific time frame. The quality of the fence and installation and the closing mechanism of the gates made this fencing company a big winner. We would definitely have them provide our fencing needs in the future. Description of Work: Put in black aluminum fencing. All individuals were extremely fast working and cleaned up after themselves. It only took a few days for installation. They were all great!

Description of Work: AWESOME customer service with Jamie. The workers did a good job on the fence, they got me in quickly and only took two days to put the fence up. The ONLY downfall I noticed was not filling in the old fence post holes. We've had the fence for nearly a year and I'm happy.

Description of Work: They repaired a section of our fence which went down in a storm. It involved replacement of the gate post so it was more involved than just a section repair. Given all the storms and damage, they came out pretty quickly.

Jay Pyle was very easy to work with and the fence looks great. HIs crew took down a hauled away the old fence. They also cleared debris away that my neighbor in back of me had piled up against my old fence. When they were done, all debris was gone and I tell you, that fence looks great.
Description of Work: Royal Fence replaced my back fence and a small portion of fencing along side my house. The fence was literally falling in and I wanted to get it replaced before spring, when my flowers would be coming up.

It was a pleasure doing business with the members. We installed a beautiful Almond Vinyl Privacy Fence from Country Estate Vinyl. This job was out of the ordinary for Royal Fence, as I was not available for the installation. I was out of the country for my sister's wedding and it just happened to land on the installation day for the members. Therefore, all business matters were handled by my foreman. This was the second time in 8 years that I was not readily available to answer questions or to make executive decisions when called upon. it shows me a great deal that my business was able to function to a high standard while I was attending a wedding. The overall the fence is ok. However, we did have a concern about couple badly cracked joists. The owner, Jay Pyle, did even want to come out to look at our fence when the job was done. His crew did all of the work. We thought it was very strange that Jay didn’t want to even look at the final product. He only came to collect the money. All of our concerns were dismissed with “we are professional, we know better” type attitude over the phone. Jay became agitated and rude when we mentioned couple of items that we wanted to address. We felt that Royal Fence didn’t care to make us satisfied or didn’t even care at all. We will not do business again and will not recommend this company to anyone else.
Description of Work: Royal Fence replaced our twenty plus years old six foot privacy fence.

We at Royal Fence and myself Jay Pyle are truly sorry that you are not 100% satisfied with the finished product and I never meant to come off as irritated or upset. With that being said, I would like to respond in full. I remember this job vividly and feel as if some important facts are being left out. We were very flexible with the scheduling of the installation. In order to accommodate the member's schedule we moved a return customer that was scheduled for a Friday and pushed them back to another week. This needed to be done so we could tear-out the existing fence on a Thursday night and have all the trash to the front of the curb for trash day on Friday morning. The members were leaving town over the weekend and preferred to have the fence finished by Saturday. We did everything in our power to work around their schedule and I feel as if we succeeded. The fence was completed on a Saturday and I indeed stopped by mid to late afternoon in order to pick up the check. There had been some concern from the member that the fence on the East side was not built properly. The member instructed my foreman to make changes to the area in question. After making the change, I was under the impression that the members were satisfied with the finished product. At the time I stopped to pick up the check for the work that we had completed it was pouring down rain. Due to the rain, I confirmed with the members that I would be back over by Friday of next week. I reassured them if there was any problems with the fence, it would be handled. I never intended to upset of come off as arrogant. I look at things one way: If there is a better way, then it's not done properly. This is the point I was trying to get across, not that we are professional so our way is right and you are wrong. That is not how we operate and once again I am sorry for any miscommunication. I received a phone call from the member on either Sunday or Monday of the same weekend and he wanted to know why I had not been by to look at the fence. I was slightly frustrated by the phone call and regret the tone that I used when explaining to them that we had spoken in length about me coming by before the coming Friday. No excuses, I have a tendency to wear my emotions on my sleeve and I regretfully spoke with some frustration. Once again, No excuses - I was with my family at a planned event, (this is why I gave myself 5 - 6 day window to show up and look at the final product. I plan on calling the members to apologize for my lack of professionalism and try and clarify what it is they don't like about the fence. I did come by and I am having a difficult time identifying, besides my attitude, what it is they are displeased with. I hope to have a solution to this problem wrapped up by the end of the month. Please understand that I chose to respond to this report in length and in full so I could to get a better understanding of what we did wrong. I at no time wanted to accuse or make excuses for Royal Fence. We are a growing company and I appreciate any and all feedback. Contacted Jay after we lost a section of our 4' privacy fence in a windstorm. He came out the next day and provided estimate, and work began the next week, just as he said it would. Fence came down one day, went up the next. Team was professional, courteous and helpful. They even enlarged one of the gates so we would get the lawn tractor through a little easier:) Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: After major windstorm, section of fence fell over and posts and some boards needed to be totally replaced. Upon examination, replaced entire fence.

Old fence was removed one day, the install began the next. Street facing fence is shadowbox and between properties is privacy. 3 gates and heavier posts on the north side where the brunt of wind and storms come from.
Description of Work: Jay and crew installed approximately 250 feet of shadow box and privacy fence. It was a complete replacement job. They were attentive and responsive and went out of there way to ensure I was completely satisfied with their job....and I am. They worked with me and my neighbor on this job and I'm very pleased with the results.

The member was great to work with and was very understanding and patient with my crew during the installation process. We had a couple of hiccups (growing pains) that had slowed us down. His patients and calm demeanor were greatly appreciated as we continued to plug away at his fence. As part of the deal with the member's fence, we also installed his neighbors at the exact same time. Due to the installation of both projects, the member's fence took twice as long to complete and not once during the entire process did I hear a complaint. In my 25 years as a homeowner, rarely have I had such an easy experience with a major home improvement. Jay came out to do the estimate on Monday 06/13 and installed our fence on Saturday 06/18. He did not provide the lowest bid, but when given an opportunity to match the lowest bid he did so. While all other companies that provided us estimates quoted us an 6-8-week time frame before they could begin the job, Jay and his crew started the job that week and completed it the same day. They were excellent in their clean-up as well, and the fence is high quality. I highly recommend this company.

They were great to work with. They were very prompt at returning phone calls. They were true professionals. They did the work quickly and it looks great. Their price was very reasonable, between $1500.00- $2000.00 less than the others we received. They recommended a great subcontractor to stain the fence as well.

I had a small job that I needed done fast, Jay said he could do it, then completely stopped returning my calls and emails, causing me to burn up a day and half and delaying the work that much more. Very frustrating!

Arrived on time, very friendly and courteous. The price seemed a little high, but the job turned out great.
Description of Work: The crew (Jay and his helper)arrived on time, removed the old wood plank fence and installed a new plank or board fence in the same location. The fence post were set in concrete and the rails and planks were attached with the proper nails. They used a level to make sure that all parts were plumb and straight. Very pleased with their work, and they cleaned up after themselves and left the area neat and clean.
