JOE BROWN'S PLUMBING

We were pretty sure the water pressure issue was due to sediment build-up somewhere, Cleaning the heads had no impact. We were worried we would need to replace both faucets. Joe took a look, and was able to somehow flush the valves to be able to clear the sediment. No faucet replacement needed! Joe's hourly rate is not the cheapest, but we are convinced he saved us money. A less experienced plumber probably would have needed to replace one or both in order to be able to fix the problem. We are very happy to have such an experienced and professional plumber available when these types of things come up!

Both times we've used Joe, he's been fantastic. Great attitude, very responsive, price competitive, and a quick worker. He even saved us hundreds of dollars and hours of pain by having a moen faucet supply hose in his truck (not very likely for most plumbers)!

Joe arrived exactly when he said he would to do the work. He does an excellent job and makes sure everything is clean before he leaves. I would highly recommend him.

The job went very smoothly.  One of the pipes to the outside water faucet was behind the ceiling in my finished basement bathroom.  He warned me that he would need to cut a hole in the ceiling to perform the repair before he actually did it.   He tried to minimize the hole that he cut for the access to the pipe.
He cleans up his work site.  He performed his work very quickly and correctly the first time.

We have rental property and have used Joe Brown Plumbing several times now. The latest repair he replaced a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. He's easy to get in touch with and has always been able to make the repairs within a day or two after being contacted. He's honest and replaces what really needs fixed. Joe is super friendly too!

Joe has been my plumber for a number of years. He always makes time for me, even when I need him for an emergency as I did twice in January. Joe had a full schedule, but actually started his day earlier than his normal work hours in order to help me out. Joe is professional, knowledgable, and reasonably priced. I think he is a great plumber!

This is the second time I have used Mr. Brown's service.  I had an urgent need and he came the same day.  He is very professional and reasonably priced.  He provides excellent service and I feel confident he knows his business well.  When I asked him if I should purchase a new toilet he did not try to sell me one, and advised that what I had was adequate and once fixed should be fine. I perceive him as a very ethical and honest individual.

Our hot water heater was leaking in the basement.  Mr Brown came out and replaced it for $400 less than we were quoted elsewhere.  He was courteous and professional.  Very satisfied - A+

We called, and Joe Brown himself came out the next day. He arrived promptly and I was instantly impressed with his friendly and professional demeanor. After inspecting the outside faucet, he was able to determine what was wrong AND make the repair without opening any walls. We had a working outside faucet in short order. If we ever need a plumber again, this is DEFINITELY who I will call.

Joe was very courteous and professional.  He is conservative in his approach to repairs and only replaces what needs to be replaced.  He made sure to let me know what he was doing and why.  He also made sure to clean the work site after the work was completed.  His pricing was competitive and fair.  Overall a great experience.  Would use him again.

Joe took on my job at the end of his day. He fixed my hot water heater and added new features to update my system, such as valves to the humidifier. He is very efficient, left everything clean and charged a very fair price even while working into the evening past regular hours.

Based on a neighbor's recommendation, we have used Joe Brown's Plumbing for some time now and do not intend to use anyone else. Just last week we had one of those issues that niggles at you where you should get something fixed but it's not that big of a deal and you decide to ignore it until something else comes up to make the call "worthwhile". My husband noticed Joe was working next door and asked if when he was done and if he had the time, would he mind checking the leaky outdoor faucet. Joe said, "no problem" and true to his word before he left the neighborhood he checked the faucet, tightened the fitting not charging us a dime. Like a good neighbor, Joe Brown was there!

I've used him before. He is very responsive and comes the same day many times. He is meticulous and very good.

I was very happy with him. I've used him previously. He's great. We had some problems with our sump pump freezing last winter and we called him. He told us what to do and didn't charge us anything. He's very nice. I would definitely recommend him. I've had no trouble with anything that he has done. His price is fair. He was very responsive and when he previously replaced a water heater I told him the wrong size and he said that I wouldn't be happy so he came back the next day and didn't charge any additional fees. He is very professional and cleans up after himself.

JOE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AND RESPONSIVE. HIS PRICES MAY BE SLIGHTLY HIGHER THAN OTHERS, BUT WORTH THE MONEY. HE WILL ONLY DO THE WORK THAT TRULY NEEDS TO BE DONE.
