He was very easy to talk to and got right in there and found the problem and had it fixed in no time at all.

Very quick to fix freezer. Showed up on time.

The part required had to be ordered. Other than that we were very pleased with their service.

Fixed a hard install situation.

The worker was nice and understanding but I feel that the price per hour was a bit too high ð ³

Was able to fix a hard problem on the install. Very good job.

Technician called to say he was coming. Arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Quickly diagnosed the problem. Had to leave to get the needed part. Did that fairly quickly. Installed the part...and the clothes dryer worked properly. What more could one want?

Ho Shot gave me an appointment for 24 hours after I called them to check out my washer that overflowed. He checked everything out, found the problem. I will call Hot Shot again.

Technician came out to fix my dishwasher which was not draining. Was told there was a small block in the line. He cleared it (supposedly) and charged me $186. I used my dishwasher the next day and it still fails to drain. I reached out but have had no response. I would not recommend this company.

Very Professional and prompt

I called Hotshot to repair a problem I was having with a GE Cafe oven. Upon describing my issue to a lovely, helpful woman named Alice, she offered to contact her technician to make sure it was an issue he could service. She called me back minutes later (after hours) and after making more enquiries with the tech online, they helped me to fix the problem myself, thus bypassing a service charge. This nice lady spent at least 30 minutes on the phone with me with no agenda other than to be helpful. While I no longer need a service call, I will absolutely remember Hotshot the next time I need an alliance repair.

Very courteous trustworthy accommodating. They accidentally broke a Hummel didnâ t offer to replace. Could have cleaned up a bit better since Iâ m elderly so harder for me to do. Willing to work with me since Iâ m on fixed income. Very polite.
