After checking with a few of their competitors, Hotshot was the only ones able to service my dryer the same day. Josh was right on time, did an excellent job, cleaned up after himself and seemed very knowledgeable about appliance repair. Alice in the office was extremely friendly and accommodating in setting up the appointment. Their labor charge was a little high, but I would definitely use them again for an appliance repair job!

The repair guy called before he came to find out the exact nature of the problem and the model and the serial number of the refrigerator so he could do research in advance and make sure he had the right parts with him when he arrived. Very professional although expensive at $150 per hour for labor.

The service was great but it is expensive. $150/ hour for labor and included the time it took to go to the store to buy the parts.
