I needed a garbage disposal replaced. Called three companies recommended by HomeAdvisor. Hot Shot Appliance responded quickly and had availability the following day. Zac showed up early and was finished in less than 30 minutes. Very polite, respectful and prompt. I will definitely call again with other repairs needed.

I had already asked another HVAC company to evaluate my AC problems and that company made me wait 8 hours on the day of the appointment then never check the problem and simply said I needed a NEW AC! Hot Shot was on time, did an evaluation, offered options at various price points then fixed the problem by adding refrigerant. They were great and really do provide an excellent service!

I submitted a request for a callback through my thermostat's app and got one less than an hour later. The business owner arrived promptly at the scheduled time (2 hours after the call), and had it fixed and cleaned in less than 30 minutes. He emailed me an invoice right then and I was able to pay online via Apple Pay. It was a remarkably smooth experience and I will definitely call again.

I had a problem with my refrigerator doors in that Nebraska Furniture Marts workmen left them crooked. After multiple requests to have someone come out snd level them I gave up and hired a company to do the work. It took less than 30 minutes and it is so nice to look at the refrigerator and not cringe.

They came out same day called, my washer drum was not rotating fast enough to get water out of bath mat. I had washed mat first time with a couple other towels. It was not coming clean so I rewashed it with stain treatment. Bottom line my load was out of balance but did not give an error message. I should have known better. Joshua put in a couple more towels after draining drum and washer worked fine. It is a Seimens washer purchased in 2004 and I hope it lasts for many more years. Thank you Joshua!
