I would recommend this company to anyone. He was professional, knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He came on a Saturday and was very prompt. The price I paid for the work he did was more than fair.

I started searching for an AC company at 5:30 in the morning. John called me shortly after 8:00. He came out right away to check out my AC. He was very nice and helpful. He gave us a great price and got the new AC installed right away. They even had to work through a huge thunderstorm to get it done that day. I would highly recommend Ultra to anyone needing heating or cooling work.

Thought I had an issue with my HVAC unit leaking water... turns out it was my water heater, which thankfully Cecil kindly relieved any frustrations without charging me for his visit. Asked me some simple questions about the HVAC just to be sure everything was fine.. Very professional - would recommend!!
