Description of Work: I contracted for new windows and siding for my home. The contractor and crew for the windows came and put the windows in. They were on time, and knew what they were doing and worked efficiently. There was something about the wrapping the windows under the eves they would not be able to do because the windows came up to the edge of the eve. They said the group who would do the siding would do that. The crew for the siding came and also were on time and worked efficiently. They also knew what they were doing. They were also unhappy that the windows had not been wrapped but did the work. I felt like I was in the middle but there was nothing I could do or say. Both sets of workers kept me informed about the work and how it was going. I am pleased with the windows and siding. I believe the house stayed cooler this summer. I couldn't tell much difference last winter because we had a mild winter.

Description of Work: Salesperson was punctual although his presentation was focused on glass and I didn't get a clear picture of the overall process. Installation is done only with subcontractors,due to this factor and price another contractor was chosen.
