They got the job done and was professional. It was very reasonable.

Everything went well. They called prior to coming. The didn't damage any shrubs, paint, or gutters. From everything that we have seen they were very clean and neat. We were very happy with the company.

The work was a little slow to schedule but it was because of the weather/time of year. The work was completed in Late April/May. Once the work was scheduled, they were prompt. David and his crew/workers were courteous and efficient. One or two of the seams sprung a leak in the following winter but David was very responsive and promptly assessed the work and had it completed without any additional cost, with zero issues/back and forth. Very nice to deal with. Just as an FYI for anyone considering having work done, I didn't realize the work did not include repainting the seams (we didn't discuss prior to the job). So, if your gutters are painted you will want to discuss or simply be aware of this before work is done. We can't comment on the price because we didn't price compare on this job (although we normally do). The company cleans are gutters seasonally and we knew they did other work so we had them do the work. We would use the company again. We value a company like this that stands behind there work.

The gutter guards were installed as agreed upon. The materials are high-quality ( Evelyn’s Leaf Solution™ 25YR gutter protection to entire system), and have an outstanding guarantee. The work was completed amazingly quick, and the site was left clean of debris.

Did a fine cleaning. I was a little surprised that I was being charged a "surcharge" for additional square footage. If we were indeed exceeding an predefined amount, we were just barely exceeding it. Still, they did a great job.

They came out to do the exterior and trim but it did take sometime to get the job done. Per they had to come out multiple times to finish the project and per they had to come out multiple times it did cost me extra to do what i needed to have done. The Paint and new trim work looks great on my condo.. Just FYI this started out with a deal that was for $249.00 for a painter for a day.. Per they had to come out and fix multiple things I had to pay them almost $1000.00 more then when I started..

Scheduling was different in that they called the day of purchase but could not schedule a specific date or time. Instead they cover bookings by neighborhood and committed to completing the service in December. They showed up within two weeks and completed the job quickly. Two employees with back pack blowers climbed on the roof and blew the gutters, downspouts and rest of the roof clean. Then they used the blowers to clean the mulch beds and yard around the house. I will use the gutter cleaning service again next year.

They used a blower first on the driveway, roof, and gutters. I don't know what else they did, but our gutters are clean (even of the flora growing there) and the roof, deck, driveway, and surrounding areas were all clean & clear. Both Leo and Russel were efficient, courteous, and professional. We will definitely use them again! ???

We talked about what my concerns were and any known issues. They then described to me what they would be doing and got busy with doing the work. They cleaned up after themselves and gave me a full report of what they saw and what all they did. Excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone.

One of the most expensive quotes I received for this repair. Almost $200 more than another quote (although with the other company we provided a painted board, but unlikely that would change the price by $200!), which included replacing another broken board. Staff was very helpful, but decided to go with another company. I'm not sure why the quote was so high to just replace one board.

Overall, he didn't get as much done in a day as expected to so I had to hire a second painter. The work he did was good but it was much slower than I expected. There were some scheduling issues.

David Hazen Group did an excellent job with our exterior painting touch ups. They had excellent communications on the timing of their visit which depended on a dry day with above-freezing temperatures. Job done, no mess, no fuss. We will use them in the future for any of our exterior painting needs.

The two men who did the work were excellent. But I didn't hear from Hazen for several days after placing the order. When they did call, their rep couldn't tell me even approximately when the work would be done. She said it would be "whenever their in your area." The workers called 30 minutes before arriving. I just happened to be working a late shift that day and was able to be here when they did the work. Perhaps other people don't mind, but I don't like having work done on my house when no one is home.

Paid $250 in full and were told they would contact us by 11/18. Did not contact us until 11/19. At that time, they sent an email asking for our contact phone number so they could contact us about the work. We responded with our phone number on 11/19. As of 11/24, had not heard from them. So we called them on 11/24 to inquire, especially given that they already had our money. We were told they don't schedule this service, they simply do it when they have a crew in our area. We asked if they could give us an idea when that would be. They couldn't - none. Just said that's how it is in the fall. We asked if they could at least tell us a week. No. The closest we could get is "maybe mid-December". I would understand if this was because of the unpredictability of the weather this time of year, but that didn't seem to be the issue. It was simply that they didn't seem to know where their crews would be when. I suppose I wouldn't have a problem with this if we hadn't already paid up-front. But seems like a crazy way to run a business to take people's money then expect them to just be ok with not having any idea when they will get what they paid for. I was really disappointed, especially given all of their A reviews. I've requested a refund.

Our home is over 100 years old but Jay and his crew were able to seamlessly blend new mortar with old around our home. We were very pleased with their responsiveness to our concerns and requests and the crew went above and beyond to address each area of our home that needed work. We will definitely hire them again in the future!

We had David Hazen Group come out to clean our gutters yesterday. We have used them in the past for much larger jobs, including putting on a new roof and custom making copper box gutters for our historic home earlier this year. I was satisfied with their services then, and I am even more satisfied now. Not only did they clean our gutters and pick up the debris (we have several large trees that drop TONS of leaves this time of year around our house), but they also blew all of the leaves off of our landscaping all around the house as well as off the sidewalks around our corner lot. I was not expecting them to do anything but the gutters, but they went above and beyond with their service and made the place look great. We will be using them for another gutter cleaning prior to winter and in the future for all roof/gutter related issues.

We've had them do work for us in the past. They were here this week to do a couple of small things for us. In the eve above the garage window we noticed that there were bees coming in and out. I began spraying them for several weeks but they wouldn't go away, so we called David Hazen Group. They sent out a couple of men to look at it who said they would remove the trim, fill the holes, spray, replace the boards, caulk and paint (to make it look nice again). After the work was all done they made sure it was very well sealed so that the bees could not go back in and nest again. We also have some railroad ties around our garden area and the top railroad tie was very worn. They agreed to replace the end one and make it look a lot better. When they came this week to do the eve and replace the tie, they'd found one that was aged so that it wouldn't look out of place. What I liked is that they didn't want to do more than what I wanted them to and just came and did a good job. In addition, someone came yesterday to give us an estimate to put in a new driveway, sidewalk, and steps and the man that came was very professional. What I liked was that he let me know that concrete estimate would be good for maybe another year or so because concrete doesn't usually change in price.

They came out and looked at the roof, and told me I needed a new one. I was hoping they would point out the problems.

He arrived on time, worked hard, did a professional job, and cleaned up after himself.

I bought the Angie's List package for roof maintenance. They came within several days, cleaned the gutters, nailed down a couple loose shingles, checked caulking on the roof. He went the extra mile and used blower to clean my long driveway, bag and haul several bags of leaves. I liked them so much that I hired them to come back a couple days later and power spray a portion of siding and roof which I'd wanted to do for a couple years. Excellent job.

It was probably bellow my expectations. It looks like they maybe came out more than once, there was some kind of problem going on. I looked at my gutters and nothing had really changed. My desire was for them to clean all the gutters from the shingle grime and whatever stuff that was in the gutters. The supervisor came out to give me another quote on additional work that I asked for and he said he'd probably want to have his guys come out and do it but it was never done.

I requested an estimate for painting my house and a few wood repairs that needed to be done before painting. It was an itemized estimate and the portion related to paining was considerably higher than another estimate I received. I wanted the David Hazen Group to complete the repair portion and I would get the other company to do the painting. The estimate for the repairs was $350, but because I did not want them to do the painting, they had a minimum amount for the repairs, so the $350 estimate went up to $500. I was under a time constraint because the painters were already set up, so I agreed to the $500 even though I did not feel good about paying $500 for $350 worth of work. I liked the quality of work, but the extra $150 still bothers me.

The Contractor repaired part of the front Porch of my house. The quality was OK, but the price was higher than expected.

They did a great job on my house. They were responsive. I'm happy with the workmanship. The morning that they were supposed to do it. they hadn't shown up. When I called them about an hour later, it turned up their crew went to a different house putting the gutters on that house. They were in the same house number but different street address. He called me less than an hour later and said that they were going to pick up more supplies so they can take care of my house. They did it and they had it all done the same day they said they would.
