+ -1 moreWe had a new unit put in and they check our unit for us during the spring and fall. They came right out. They're great. He's probably out there 30-40 minutes doing the air and heating check-up.

+ -1 more.I had feared that my entire furnace might have to be replaced, but found that this repair should keep it going for several more years! Ed was extremely professional, courteous and respectful. I will continue to use him for any HVAC needs that I have in the future, and intend to recommend him to any friends or family that ask.
Description of Work: We discovered that our furnace had stopped operating one day last week. We called Ed at Snyder's Heating and Air Conditioning. Since we didn't realize our problem until after 6:00, I had to call his "after-hours" number, that was provided on their phone message. He answered this number immediately and walked me through a series of questions (checking the breaker, the settings, reset button etc.) to make sure it was not an issue that I could easily repair. When those items didn't work, he told me he would stop by on his way home. He was there very promptly and diagnosed my problem as a burnt out motor. He was able to schedule a time for the following day when he came out and replaced the motor and the capacitor.
