Description of Work: Carpet stretching. While carrying equipment into my home they damaged the wall and hard wood floor. They did not bring it to my attention. Tudor uses contractors to do their work. They finally after weeks of calling came out to look at the damage. Then they forgot about me. Weeks go by and I finally get someone out to the house and they only fixed the floor. $200 for work that took months to resolve. I will never use them again.

 + -1 moreI HAD A DIFFERENT, MORE EXPENSIVE KIND OF CARPET PUT IN THE DINING ROOM THAT I'M NOT HAPPY WITH BECAUSE IT'S NOT WEARING WELL, BUT I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE REST OF THE CARPET. THE COMPANY WAS ATTENTIVE AND THE WORK WAS DONE WELL AND QUICKLY.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED CARPET IN THE DINGING ROOM, LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN, STAIRS, TWO BEDROOMS, AND TWO HALLWAYS.
