fast prompt service, had a problem after install and they came out immediatly and fixed the problem.

Overall, this contractor did a good job. On the plus side, contact was made VERY quickly. The plumber was on time & was a GREAT communicator. The rates were reasonable & the work was done well. My drain works great & there are no leaks in the new pipes (as of this writing). Some little negatives - On the initial visit, the plumber didn't have the necessary tools to work on removing the trap. My husband did, so he was able to work on the blocked drain. A second visit was needed to replace pipe & the professionals were prompt & well prepared, but the wet towels that were used to soak up water from the pipe were left in the work area.

I had been trying to get a plumber to return my calls for several months...I needed an outside faucet fixed and the balance of hot/cold adjusted in a shower/tub combo. Literally within minutes of my request on the servicemagic site, I received a call from Mike. He was extremely prompt, professional and accommodating concerning scheduling my service. Mike fixed my two problems easily and the fees were just as discussed... A+ all around!

mike was great good follow through made me feel at ease with the water heater exchange only negative point was paying 1000.00 for a basic water heater a better rate would have made me happy but they are a good reasource for a home owner.

Regional Plumbing Services was quick to call and quickly found the trouble made the calls since my water heater was under warranty, the parts were delivered and it was installed the next day. I was impressed with teh professionalisn that the service tech showed and would have no problem recommending the company to any of my firends or business aquaintenaces. In short I will say that they are 5 star business.

Mike called me quickly once he received my request and setup an appointment that was convienent to me. Once here he completed the work in a timely manner and when asked to look at another toliet he did it with a smile with no attitude. The bill was concise and legible. I would reccomend him to others and use himagain myself!!!!!
