Mike was on time, courteous and professional. Finished in a timely manner.

Polite / Prompt. Did not ressure to fix the problems at that particular time and pointed out how to save money by doing repairs at that time. Also discussed the savings by prepaying for next visit in advance and the discount on the parts that needed to be replaced. Will use them again without reservation and would tell others they should too.

David did a fantastic job. He was informative on items I needed to ensure my heater and AC worked. He was quick to install and his quality of work was beyond excellent.

Dave was very professional and on time being on time was very much appreciated by us-since we have been dealing with this issue by another group.

The technician (Dave) arrived on time and immediately started work while explaining the steps he was taking and why they were needed . He accurately diagnosed several electrical problems with our air conditoner and repaired same in a timely manner. Before making the repairs he throughly explained the problem and made constuctive suggestions. The technician is to be commended for his throughness and patience with my questions. His answers were easily understood and shows his high level of expertise. The company is to be commended for hiring high quality people such as Dave. I plan to use this company exclusively for any future heating or air conditioner needs because of their service and most importantly the level of demonstrated expertise.

While inspecting our unit Dave found a small issue that could cause a problem in the future. He was able to replace the part immediately . Dave was courteous, efficient and wouldn't enter our home without shoe covers on. Aire Serv of Valparaiso is the best.

Service was Excellent! Service Tech inspected each unit thoroughly (and I do mean thoroughly) and answered all our questions. On time worked like clockwork in the removal and installation of the new furnace and thermostat. Skilled and friendly workmen did a great job and cleaned up everything.

The most comprehensive and informative technician I've ever had performed the tune-up for both systems and explained all of the tests and working details as he went along. Just great service.

Josh arrived promptly at the time promised. He was polite, informative and knowledgeable. He performed all work as listed in the "Big Deal". Afterwards, he discussed findings and recommendations thoroughly, and gave me the opportunity to ask additional questions. He did a great job!

This was our third service call in which Aire Serv has come out to the house to do work related to our furnace. I would not trust our furnace with anyone else. They have been outstanding in their service, professionalism, punctuality, and price. We cannot say enough good things about this company and recommend it to anyone living in Valparaiso or Porter County. By the way- take advantage of their inspection warranty program. The service provided was fantastic. What a great find Aire Serv was for us. They came out as the selected contractor from our home warranty program but we were so impressed with their 1) punctuality, 2) professionalism, 3.) product knowledge, 4) kindness and genuine concern for doing the work well and for the safety of our family, and 5) their commitment which is written on the back of their business cards that we purchased an additional inspection agreement for both our furnace and air conditioning unit. The serviceman, Josh was spot on in his diagnosis of the problem with our furnace, and the company worked diligently with the home warranty company in order to assure our satisfaction. We highly recommend this company for HVAC work.

The owner /installer provided top quality service and installation. He was very prompt in acquiring and installing the furnace. All work was done in a timely and professional manner, with total clean up after he was done. He demonstrated a high degree of professioinalism and knowledge in explaining the process and answering our questions. I highly recommend him and will not hesitate to use the company again in the future.
