 + 1 moreHe came and he didn't do the trees as I asked him to do. I asked him to come out and redo it and he did not. I had somebody else come out who was on my neighborhood list and they were extremely experienced. The new company told me that the mulch that William bought was not even the right kind. My new company took a look at the edging and could tell that William had probably never even used an edger before. He didn't even do it all the way around in certain places. William Wyatt did not do a good job at all. He is advertising as an "AA" rated company and this is not true. I've called him several times trying to get my Preen back for my trees. He now will not return my calls and wont answer anything. It seems like he didn't understand what I really wanted him to do.
Description of Work: I had him come out and trim some trees and I also wanted him to plant seven bushes. I wanted him to edge around my plant beds and he told me would have to rent equipment to do that. I personally had to pay for the rental of that equipment. He got me mulch for my yard and did the installation. I bought some Preen for my trees and William has not returned it.
