They fixed a leak in the ceiling of my mother's house that was coming from an outside cornice. I thought they did a great ob.
Description of Work: They did exactly what they said they would. |They did it exactly when they said they would. |They did it for exactly the cost they said it would cost. |It doesn't get much better than that. |I would use them again in a heartbeat.

They sealed off the bathroom and are using an air filtering system as they work. They also were able to tie the old tile with the shower surround to make it flow in appearance. They also replaced some faucets and shut off valves.

 + -1 morePro4mance was suggested by my State Farm agent and I could not be happier. These people were wonderful! I could not ask for anything better out of a contractor. They will not be the cheapest estimate that you get but it will be done right the first time. They are very easy to work with. Don't hesitate to call them.
Description of Work: In May of 2007 we had a large Elm tree fall on our home during a storm. It landed exactly down the peak of the roof and broke nearly every truss in the roof. All the ceilings in the house collapsed and there was insulation everywhere. There was also some water in the house Everything from the top of the interior walls up had to be replaced. Plus, that meant rewiring the whole house since the wiring was in the attic running through the trusses. Two skylights were destroyed and replaced,home had to be repainted entirely plus new carpet and flooring in all rooms. We were out of the house for 9 weeks and there was not a day that they were not here working.

I still have several items missing. The boxes ( approx. 50 ) were stacked in garage - labels were not always correct. Not well organized and impossible to locate needed items in a timely manner. Had to look in dozens of boxes and may or may not find what we needed. The and quot;Pack-Out and quot; was a disaster. Leaves, rocks, glass, and debris were left on the living room floor and kitchen. So, I came back home to a big mess. (We were in a motel for 3 weeks...and with my daughter 3 weeks.)
Description of Work: The category on this Review is incorrect. This is Storm Damage (Tornado) March 2, 2012 - Henryville, IN They were to remove all items in the home in the Living Room, Kitchen, Family Room, and Utility Room for the purpose of floor repair, painting, plaster repair, and carpeting.They were here one day. Removed everything, put in boxes and took most of the boxes plus my furniture to our (2 car garage.) Items that would not fit were put in a truck and taken to their facility. Later that month, sent (1) person to install heating fans to dry the plaster in living room and foyer due to leaking roof from hail. It took 2 weeks approximately running 24/7. Later that month, sent a 2-man crew to replace gutters and downspouts, etc. They did a great job. Approx. 3rd week in April - moved back home to the family room and they brought the truck with the rest of my stuff. It was not unloaded by room or by contents to give us some kind of feel where everything was. Like pots,pans,toasters,etc.

They came and gave us the most thorough quote I have ever seen, followed it up in a real easy-to-work-with professional manner, to make sure that if we needed the work, they were there. They tried to work with us on a schedule, but it just didn't work out, but it wasn't their fault. I feel that we would have been really happy with the end result, if we had been able to use them. We really did want to use them, but it was the end of the year, their schedule was so booked up, and we needed to get it done sooner. That was the only reason we weren't able to use them. I would have used them, and I would again if we needed to. What stood out about them was that they were very professional, personable, thorough, and highly detailed. They gave us the most thorough estimate I had ever seen on anything by anybody. Their follow through was not high pressure, and I felt confident that I would have a good quality end result. They were concerned that I should get my needs met.
Description of Work: Pro4mance were referred to us by our insurance company, and they gave us a quote in October of last year.

 + -1 moreThe person I worked with was easy to reach and very helpful. He was quick to respond. They used a reputable plumbing firm. There was a hassle with the handymen they hired and when I talked to Mike he took care of it right away.
Description of Work: They put in all new plumbing and heating pipes. They oversaw things like changing locks and repair of the basement walls where people had knocked through to get at the pipes.
