Description of Work: could not find problem until I left room to get something he needed, he should have brought the proper tools that he needed and not have ask the homeowner. I returned 5 minutes later and the problem was all of a sudden fixed. did not tell me what he did.

Description of Work: Clogged laundry tubs were my issue. Provider arrived promptly. Surveyed the problem and came up with the solution promptly. Before beginning they explained what was to be done and the approximate cost which was exact. This is the 3rd time I have used the company and I am extremely satisfied.

 + 0 moreCalled a plumber in the area told him the problem. Included we had added strong drain cleaner. Waited 2 days then late the day they were coming. Walked in the door very rude smelled chemical said he had new equipment and could not snake the drain. I showed him what it was and he said he could not do. Called Reichelt Plumbing, Rob was here in one hour he new about the chemicals , said anything on his snake would rinse off with cold water gave me a quote, explains it was to snake the drain hopefully that would work and his service call which I expected. Was done drain open in about hour. Excellent service nice guy, saw all my pets and even offered a safe weekly drain cleaner. They will be piping our whole house

They came over, took care of the problem the very first time and they guarantee their work for a year so I was happy about that. I haven't had a problem with it since then. They were quick, when they said they would be here at a certain time they were here.

 + -1 moreService manexplained charges to complete work, and also explained charges for doing nothing. Work was completed but I felt outside faucet was not extended far enough and return valve on my sump pump line was not where I asked him to put it. Work was done o.k, however. Tech was here about 1 1/2 hours if my memory is correct. Would not recommend Reichelt Plumbing because I thought thecharge was WAY to high.
Description of Work: Installed a return valve on my sump pump line (but not where I asked him to install it) and replaced an outside faucet, adding a small extension. I thought the charge was WAY overpriced for the time he spent here and the little work that was done.
