It seemed to be okay, simply fine. I think he knew what he was doing and seemed to be efficient. They're great and did a good job. Actually they did an excellent job. I would use them again in the future..

They brought the wrong size water heater but quickly retrieved the correct one and finished the installation.

These guys are great.  They were fast, courteous, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced.

It went very well as usual.  He and his team are very punctual as well as thorough.  They also checked out some items for us while they were there for no extra charge (very simple things - but he did NOT make us feel stupid for not knowing how to fix them on our own).

Called Mr. Kenworthy late ona Friday afternoon and he had Ray, one of his plumbers here at 8:30 AM on Saturday morning.  Ray checked the pump under the crawl space , tested it and found it was just fine.  I appreciate their promptness, professionalism and honesty.  I failed to mention to Ray about Angies List and called later and told Mr. Kenworthy.  I had my AL discount check in the mail three days later. I will definately call them for future work.

Found problem. Checked for warranty. Still under warranty. Promptly replaced with only labor costs. Timely. Fair. Professional

Great experience overall.  They were professional, friendly, easy to schedule with, and reasonably priced.  I plan on installing new toilets in our home in the next couple months and will call Kenworthy plumbing! 

They were pretty excellent. I got a senior citizen discount and then they also gave me 100$ off.  I was really pleased with their work and I would use them again in the future.  They were very professional. I would tell anyone to use them if they need a good plumber.

Mr. Kenworthy showed up to give us a free estimate at the appointed time. His estimate came in at less than half of what another plumbing contractor highly touted by Angie's List estimated the job at AND actually did more than the other plumber would have done.
They showed up on the day agreed upon and completed the job in less than 8 hours. We were fairly well satisfied - we found a couple of small issues that we needed them to come back and address. I called Mr. Kenworthy, and with no questions asked or excuses made, he scheduled his crew to come back out to take care of them. Then we were extremely satisfied!!!
We were very happy with Mr. Kenworthy's professionalism and friendliness, the job itself and the price. We feel that the amount charged was very reasonable.  I not only would hire Kenworthy plumbing again, but I would recommend them to others (in fact I already have)

I called on Monday for a free estimate. A tech was at my house within an hour. They were scheduled to arrive at 8:30 on the follwing morning. They were at my door at 8:15. The work was done by 10! The techs were professional and respectful. They completed the job, cleaned up their mess and waited in their truck for me to arrive and settle the bill.

A very good experience. Carl and crew are so friendly and knowledgeable. They came when they said and left no trace behind. The job cost less than I feared and almost exactly what I hoped. I will recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing help. Thanks again Kenworthy's.

They put covers on their shoes, informed us of what was needed and cost.  They even went above and beyond what the original call was for.  They made the necessary repairs and checked their work for water flow, drips, etc several times.  The price was the best we've ever seen.  The quality of their work and professionalism was outstanding.  Yes, we will use them again and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

My gas was shut off on Friday afternoon and he was able to come on Monday, whereas others I called wouldn't be able to make it until after the holiday, at the end of the week.  I missed his call Monday morning and worried he wouldn't be able to come again, I was relieved that he still came at a later time that same day.  He worked quickly and was professional and practical.  Its nice to know that I know who to call in the event that other future plumbing issues arise. 

I was very pleased with their friendliness and the information they gave during the estimate.  I was also pleased with the quote amount.  They did have to reschedule the original work date, but when i called them that day to possibly come out for an emergency sump-pump issue, they were willing to do so, which indicates they are flexible and are always willing to meet the needs of each customer.
While i wasn't at the house the day they did the repairs, they did call me when finished and explained that everything went smoothly.  When I got to the house that day, everything was in-deed done to my satisfaction.
I will probably need some more plumbing in the near future and intend to contact them about this.

We were really pleased with their work of installing the tankless water heater.  They were very prompt.  Their price was lower than the other plumbing company we had contacted beforehand.  It was $700 less than the other company.  We felt that their service was excellent.  They have been really wonderful to work with.  We have recommended them.

The quality of work was just superb.  They did try to up sell which was superb.  I would definitely recommend them.  My brother in law is a plumber but I would use Kenworthy over my his company.

This is the second time I've used this company and they have been more that I ever expected from professional service company.  I don't mind paying for quality service but it seems most service companies just want to charge you a small fortune for the simplest of jobs.  I have no reason to ever call any other plumbing company and would recommend them to everyone that wants a quality company with fair pricing.

The plumber was prompt, thorough, and efficient.  He also happened to be a very nice guy. I'd definitely recommend them.

We had a leaking toilet for two days before deciding we couldn't handle the flooded bathroom by ourselves. We called Kenworthy asking for help, and within one hour, they were there. The gentleman was very open, respectful and friendly. He gave us options and explained the difference between them and the cost of each. We decided to have a whole new system put in. We got new plumbing and a new toilet installed for less than $240. We would definitely use them again.

It went perfect. They were very dependable and professional. They really knew what they were doing. They have a lot of experience, and Carl the owner, really knows what he is doing.

After calling many companies to get quotes to replace our outdoor faucets, I chose Kenworthy. I based this not only on price, but on their expertise and friendliness. Carl Kenworthy answered the phone himself and took the time to answer the many many questions I had.  Ron came to give the estimate and oversee the work.  Every person I dealt with was patient, professional and pleasant!  I will definitely call them again for my next plumbing job.
