Normally I get there and by the time I am done with getting my groceries, they are done with me. Their punctuality is pretty good.

They don't know a thing about customer service!! I had to honk my horn to get someone to come out and talk to me and then he said that it was going to be an hour and there were not any cars in front of me.

We originally used a Wal Mart in Kansas City to have the tires replaced and they damaged the band that holds the Tire Pressure Sensor in place. We couldn't wait for them to order the part because we were moving to Indianapolis. We were instructed to contact the Wal Mart by where we were moving and they would take care of it for us.
2 months ago we took the part into the Plainfield Wal Mart tire center and they contacted the Wal Mart in Kansas City, it looked like the process was working smoothly. They took the band and Tire Pressure Sensor from us telling us they would order it and give us a call.
We waited 2 weeks for a call and never received one. It took several tries of calling and visiting the department to find someone who could give us any information. They assured us they were looking into it.
After a month from the initial date we still hadn't heard anything so we contacted them again. We were then told they never ordered the part so they would put the order right in.
2 weeks later, yesterday, we went into the Auto Center and insisted it be ordered right then. We were then informed that they had lost our parts and could not order a new Tire Pressure Sensor since this part can only come from the dealer. So we had to go to the dealer to buy a new TPS and have Wal Mart reimburse us for the part.
The whole time they were placing the blame on us. They said it was our fault we waited so long to hear from them, and that parts go missing during extended periods of time.
The part has now been replaced but they still were unable to get the car to recognize it's there so the notification still goes off.
Everyone from the Auto Center that we spoke to was very unprofessional and rude. No one seemed like they wanted to help us or make the situation easy on us. It was incredibly frustrating and unorganized.

They are currently undergoing renovations and are very apologetic about the disturbance. Everyone is always very helpful. I am always happy to talk to management and/or service staff.

The actual work completed was fine. It was the customer service that was lacking. They could have cared less as to whether or not we stepped foot in their service garage. The gentleman seemed flippant, rude, and totally uninterested in our needs. This is consistent with my experience of ALL Wal-mart employees.

SOMETIMES ARE A LITTLE SLOW AT GETTING TO YOUR OIL CHANGE WHEN BUSY, BUT OVERALL GOOD SERVICE. WE CAN SHOP AND DO OTHER THINGS WHILE OIL IS BEING CHANGED, PROFESSIONAL FRIENDLY PEOPLE WORKING IN THE TIRE & LUBE AREA!!
