Description of Work: Our air conditioner was not cooling efficiently so we called North Suburban. They came out early the next day and inspected air conditioner and found that it was very low on coolant. They added coolant and discussed the possibility of putting in a new air conditioner, but they were not at all pushy. We have had no other problems and would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Dave has worked on our furnace and air conditioner whenever needed. He has always been prompt and reasonably priced. In December 2008 we decided to replaced our 30-yr-old furnace with a new heat pump and to replace the air conditioner at the same time. Again Dave was reasonably priced and installed the new units quickly. They have performed flawlessly since then (now 2013). In 2010, he also replaced a 30-yr-old furnace and air conditioning unit at our mother's house. She comparison shopped and his price was very good and he again did an excellent job installing the new units.

Description of Work: We have been with them for over 15 years. Dave has been our service tech. We set an appointment for him to come out to service our AC in the spring. My husband took off work to be there for the service. He never showed and never called. WE called twice and never received a call back. I was offended at the lack of concern for such established customers as ourselves. They installed our units, and have serviced them since. we are now looking for a new company

Description of Work: Service A/C unit. The spring tune up so to speak. Also, put more freon in unit.
