From start to finish, Brent and his people did an outstanding job. With all the stories of roofers, I was concerned even though I knew Brent's reputation. He was there at the start, during and end of the job. His crew was meticulous. I found no nails or residue when it was complete. Brent went around after it was done with his magnetic nail finder and found 3 nails. We wanted an upgraded shingle but didn't want to go beyond our deductible in cost. He found a supplier that had an extra shipment from a cancelled order that they would unload at the price of the basic shingle. He worked with the insurance adjuster to add a few items that were missed in the insurance estimate. After the job was done, we had a water issue in our sun room. I called him on a Friday night when it was raining. Even though he was home caring for his young son, he brought him to our house in about an hour and secured the roof while his son played with my daughter. His crew had made a mistake on our flat roof that resulted in drainage going the wrong way. The roof was repaired the next day and he had our sun room ceiling repaired and painted. During the process, Brent followed up on every detail. I didn't need to remind him or check back with him. The sign of a terrific contractor is not whether the contractor never has anything go wrong. It is how the contractor handles it when there is a problem. Brent was on top of every detail of the job. If he doesn't qualify for a "Page of Happiness", I don't know who could.

I never even got an estimate so I can not describe how the project went.

They stuck with me while I had the front door removed and put back in twice with the original installer. The subfloor and hardwood floors replaced, and they supplied me with a new front door. They also did everything in time for my daughter's wedding. They handled the whole project and took a lot of stress off my shoulders.

The bathroom off of our master bedroom was completely remodeled. I had some general ideas of how I wanted the bathroom to look, but wasn't certain if it could be accomplished. Joe and Brent were very honest about what would work and provided some really good suggestions regarding the things that would be more a problem. Once everything was in, the project ran smoothly. Brent did a great job keeping things going which was great since this was the bathroom we used most often. We then gave our main bathroom a bit of a 'facelift'. This project ran smoothly as well. I cannot say enough about this company, the quality of the services they provide. They have done a number of projects in our home and we would definitely use them again.

We had an idea of what we wanted to do with the porch, but realized once we received the estimate that what we wanted was more than what we could spend. Therefore, we decided not to do the project and anticipated trying to do it ourselves. However, Brent came back to us with some cost cutting options that would reduce the overall price, and yet still meet our needs. We were very specific regarding the type of windows and doors we wanted in this room and Brent made sure the ones he selected met with what we wanted. Centennial bends over backward to make sure that the customer is satisfied and working with Brent is great. No matter what the issue, he listens and overall gets things done. He also pays a great deal of attention to the details, which we very much appreciate.

The work was excellent. I had a little trouble with my gutters after the work was done. They left several nails and cigarette butts behind and it was a problem. I would use them again because the work they did was so good and they were friendly.

They were excellent. They spent a lot of time telling me upfront how they would do the project. A lot of other companies tried to charge me for that. They spent hours discussing things with me. Any problems that arose they treated me respectfully and resolved it. I was very pleased. Now I call them first.

The estimate process went well, but used another company.

The service was good. We used them before. They came up with a good design. The person I worked with name Brent was good about letting us know the time line and if things were going to cost more. They stay within your budget or will tell you if they have to go outside the budget, they will work with you if it is too much for you to afford.

Both projects were completed in the same day and were done very well.

Everything went well. Roof looks great and plenty of rain to test it with no issues.

Over all, we cannot say enough about the ease of contacting & talking to Brent and Joe Ash. They take pride in their work and want the customer to be satisfied. Their workers were very prompt, courteous, skilled and trustworthy. We would hire them in a heart beat to do any construction project we have in the future.

Wow. Can't say enough about this remodeling firm. Out of all the companies that we worked with regarding this project, Centennial Construction was the most knowledgeable and experienced. Regardless of the architectural challenges in this project, Centennial provided exactly the expertise needed and saved us many steps in the process to reach an excellent finished project. Brent Ash gave us a very detailed estimate and talked us through the entire roofing process. We thought it would be 4-6 weeks to begin the job, but Centennial had a cancellation and was able to come out the very next week! The whole job took 2-3 days. When the porch roof needed additional decking, the crew took care of it quickly and professionally. The work crew was respectful and tidy. We were very impressed by the professional job they did. We were also impressed with Brent, who pitched right in and worked with the crew on the last day when they were short a person. Our roof and gutters look great! We would definitely use this company again.

I've used them before. They are very professional and very educated as far as building. He is always on time and professional. He always presents a valid contract as well, so you know exactly what the costs will be.

It went well. The supplier ordered the wrong door, so it was reordered which delayed the process. The supplier provided another $250.00 discount on the door.
